With the popularity of "sinology",The Analects receives more and more attention,plays an important role in PEP edition of Chinese textbooks for high schools and becomes an important content in student learning.Therefore,teachers must attach importance to the teaching of The Analects,enhance students' understanding of Chinese outstanding traditional culture,enhance students' sense of recognition with traditional Chinese culture and guide students to form correct world view,philosophy and their view of value.Zhu Zi's reading method,which combines the advantages of many ancient reading methods,is a systematic and comprehensive reading method.As a classic works of Confucianism,The Analects has rich and profound connotation.Reading The Analects with Zhu Zi's reading method is conducive to students' in-depth understanding of The Analects,and then inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.This paper investigated the teaching situation of The Analects in three high schools by questionnaire survey and interviews methods and found there are many problems in the teaching of The Analects in high school.For example,teaching content lacks inner continuity;students read less in class;students have certain deviation in understanding The Analects;teachers ignore the combination of theory and practice;and students have poor motivation in reading The Analects.According to the problems existing in the teaching of high school The Analects,this paper put forward the application strategy of Zhu Zi's reading method in The Analects teaching in high school: pay attention to the order of teaching contents;instruct students to understand the content in recitation;enhance the dialogue between students,texts and the author;strengthen the connection between text and real life;train students to form a good reading habit. |
