"Reading and discussion of the whole book" is officially included in the first task group of the curriculum content in the Chinese curriculum standard for senior high school(2017 Edition).As the representative of Chinese traditional culture,the Analects of Confucius embodies Confucius' political ideas,ethical thoughts,moral concepts and educational principles,which has a significant impact on the psychological quality and moral behavior of the Chinese nation.It is a window for senior high school students to understand and understand Chinese traditional culture.Although reading the Analects has always been advocated in Chinese classroom,in most cases it is only "guiding but not reading".Few students have read the Analects completely and deeply.How to carry out the whole book reading of the Analects in the new curriculum reform,in order to cultivate students' Chinese core literacy,is particularly important.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of the Analects of Confucius by combing the relevant literature and investigating the current situation.On this basis,two problems are solved: what should the Analects read and how to read it from the perspective of reading the whole book.Starting from the classicality of the Analects,this paper attempts to answer the question of "what to read".From the perspective of "whole" in reading the whole book,combined with the content and form characteristics of the Analects,it answers the question of "how to read".The thesis is divided into four chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the theoretical research,respectively from the senior high school Chinese curriculum reform,the Analects the entire book reading value and the entire book reading teaching theoretical basis three aspects elaborated in the senior high school implementation the Analects the entire book reading teaching related basis.The second chapter is the status quo research.This paper investigates the current situation of reading and teaching of the thesis from two aspects: students and teachers.In the survey,it is found that students' understanding of the whole book reading and the Analects is superficial,their willingness to learn the whole book reading is not strong,and the value of the whole book reading teaching is unknown.In the aspect of teachers,there are also some problems,such as the lack of understanding of the importance of reading the whole book of the Analects,the lack of their own readinglevel and guidance ability.In this regard,the author studies and analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: examination oriented education system,students' fear of difficulties and fragmented era environment.Chapter three and chapter four are strategy research.The third chapter puts forward the relevant strategies to determine the reading teaching content of the whole book of the Analects,including building the ideological framework of the Analects,classifying the content of the Analects and building the character spectrum.The fourth chapter puts forward the teaching methods of reading the whole book of the Analects,including reading the universal works of the Analects,combing and exploring the cultural words in the Analects and designing speculative reading activities.
