| This paper takes the welfare class-The Hourly Light as the research object of H normal university affiliated primary school,in order to solve the problem of after-school trusteeship more effectively,the author adopts a lot of research methods,such as the documentary method,interview method,questionnaire method and classroom observation method.And this paper studies the existing problems from five parts of the welfare classroom which including the setting of course content,the status of volunteers,the security system,the supervision mechanism and the effect of related activities.Firstly,this paper summarizes and sorts out the relevant literatures and concepts of school trusteeship and off-campus trusteeship for primary school students in the base of the documentary method;secondly,this paper is mainly exploring the problems,analyzing the cause of these problems in The Welfare Class by using the interview method,questionnaire method and classroom observation method.Finally,the author will propose improvement strategies in the base of above problems.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is mainly analyzing the text,describing the research status of after-school care for primary school students at home and abroad,finding the breakthrough point of this research,defining the related concepts,sorting out research ideas and selecting appropriate research methods on the basis of the analysis of literatures.The second part starts from the implementation status of the hour-light public welfare classroom.According to self-made questionnaire and interview outline,the author investigated the implementation of the hour-light public welfare class.In the third part,the author analyzes the problems in the implementation of the hour-light public welfare classroom and the reasons for these problems based on the survey results.The main problems are as follows: the content of the class istoo casual,the ability of volunteers to provide services is limited,the supervision system is incomplete,the security problem cannot get better safeguard and the activity effect is no good.Through a series of analysis,the main causes of these problems are as follows: the incentives of volunteers are unclear,parents pay less focus on the hour-light classroom and their focus is fleeting and inefficient,the expectations of parents and volunteer are too high.In the four part,according to the specific problems in the hour-light public welfare class,this paper puts forward the following improvement strategies: paying more attention to the hour-light public welfare classroom course content setting,improving the volunteers service ability of it,eliminating the safety hidden danger of hour-light public welfare class,making up the supervision loopholes and highlighting the effect of the activities of hour-light public class.The author hoped that to some extent,this study can have a positive impact on the after-school care of primary school students,providing diversified development of after-school care and practical experience for reference for primary school students,alleviating the 4:30 problem effective. |
