In the context of the country's priority development of education,the group-run school of public primary and secondary schools is to promote the balanced development of regional education through the expansion of the scope of quality education resources.The construction of the teaching team under the group's schooling is related to whether it can achieve a balanced and balanced development of education.Therefore,under the group education,the professional development of teachers plays an important role.The professional development of teachers under the grouped schools of public primary and secondary schools has the same characteristics as the professional development of teachers in ordinary single schools.However,under the influence of group factors,it also reflects its individual characteristics.Based on the commonality and individuality of teachers' professional development,this paper is based on the commonality and individuality of teachers' professional development.Based on the theory of teacher professional development stage and the theory of organizational optimization,this paper explores how to promote the professional development of teachers under the group education of public primary and secondary schools.This paper takes the T-school teachers under the Shenzhen Public-run Primary and Secondary School Group as the research object,and takes the influencing factors of the professional development of teachers under the management of the public primary and secondary schools as the research question.Starting from the main factors influencing the professional development of teachers under the group-run school,combined with the purpose of group-run education,we select the three dimensions of “group level”,“school-based level” and “personal level” to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with T-school teachers.In the data of the questionnaire survey and the interview data,using the situation analysis method,it is clear that under the group management,what are the advantages and current shortcomings of the professional development of teachers?And summed up the main problems in the professional development of the school teachers: First,the group's quality resource management system is imperfect;second,the group culture has not yet formed a core centripetal force;third,the school-based teaching and research training function needs to be improved;fourth,teachers Personal professional development is not enough.In response to these problems,in the last chapter,the theory links the actual situation,and proposes optimization strategies to promote the professional development of teachers under the group of public schools.First,on the macro level,government departments should increase the continuous investment of group-run schools.And policy support;second,the group establishes a sound cooperation mechanism and resource management system;third,to improve the self-sufficiency of school-based teaching and research to cultivate teachers' professional development;fourth,to enhance teachers' professional development awareness and ability.In summary,the study of the conditions and factors affecting the professional development of teachers under the group-run school can not only accelerate the improvement of the professional level of teachers,but also strengthen the construction of teachers under the group-run school,improve the level of education and teaching,and finally gradually realize the group-run school.The purpose is to achieve a balanced and balanced development of education.
