In the current curriculum reform,mathematical culture has been added to the curriculum system of basic education in the aspect of mathematics.Mathematical culture is now gradually being highly valued and mathematics curriculum reform imitates into placing emphasis on the all–round development of students,cultivating their all aspects of literacy.In the Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in 2011,it is mentioned that mathematics is an important part of human culture,and mathematical literacy is also the basic literacy that every citizen in modern society should possess.In addition,In 2014,the Ministry of Education also issued the Guidelines for Improving the Education of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture.It mentions the need to strengthen the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture,It can not only deepen the education of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the education of the Chinese dream,It can also promote the construction of the inheritance system of excellent traditional Chinese culture and promote cultural inheritance and innovation.In terms of training talents,it can also cultivate and Practice Socialist Core Values and implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.Therefore,It is of great significance to infiltrate mathematical culture teaching in primary school mathematics teaching to improve students' mathematical literacy.But for a long time,affected by exam-oriented education,mathematics teaching only emphasizes the teaching of knowledge and skills,while ignoring cultural education.The teaching of digital culture also lacks professional methods and methods.It is difficult to give consideration to the cultivation of students' mathematical literacy in primary school mathematics teaching.In this regard,This study selected a primary school in Wuhan to conduct a survey.This paper adopted the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to systematically study and analyze the current situation and existing problems of mathematical culture education in this primary school.In the investigation and research,we found that there are some problems.For students,in terms of cognition,many students do not know enough about mathematical culture,the motivation and interest in mathematics learning are not strong enough.In the evaluation of teachers' teaching,many students reflect that teachers seldom infiltrate cultural teaching in the process of teaching.Only a few students hope that teachers can also infiltrate the explanations of contents other than basic knowledge in the class.In terms of learning mathematical culture,many students lack interest in learning,and seldom take the initiative to understand and learn the content related to mathematical culture.For teachers,the existing problems are: first,the awareness of cultural teaching is not strong.Second,their cultural literacy needs to be improved.Third,the lack of professional teaching methods.Teachers seldom pay attention to and implement mathematical culture teaching.The reason behind this is that on the one hand,the classroom time is limited,on the other hand,cultural teaching is not paid enough attention to in teaching objectives,and cultural content is not paid enough attention in teaching evaluation.Therefore,according to the existing problems of cultural teaching in current mathematics teaching,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the solving strategies.Optimizing mathematics teaching from school,teachers and students,schools should attach importance to the cultivation of students' cultural literacy,and specifically require teachers to carry out cultural teaching.In addition,schools should be cooperated with daily cultural teaching and carry out school-level cultural learning activities.Teachers should improve their own cultural education awareness and teaching ability,mathematical culture reasonable infiltration in teaching,and promote the all-round development of students.Students should cultivate their interest in learning,broaden the scope of knowledge,and cultivate their own cultural literacy.
