In March 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the symposium of teachers of school ideological and political theory classes in Beijing,profoundly expounding the important role of ideological and political theory courses in the process of adolescents' growth,and clarified the tasks,goals and objectives of ideological and political courses.The ideological and political theory class is the key course to implement the fundamental tasks of establishing morality and cultivating people.In recent years,due to the core literacy structure model proposed by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and the promulgation of the Ministry of Education's "Opinions on the comprehensive deepening of the curriculum reform to implement the fundamental tasks of establishing morality and cultivating people",core literacy has received more and more attention.It has caused further reforms in the education sector.Under the guidance of the new concept,the cultivation of students' core literacy is urgently required to adapt to the curriculum reform in China.Based on the 2017 edition of the high school ideological and political curriculum standards formulated in the context of the new college entrance examination reform,this paper attempts to provide a theoretical reference for the exploration of the core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines in China.The full text is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is to clarify the content and framework of this paper,and expound the significance of studying the core literacy of high school ideological and political discipline in the context of the new college entrance examination reform,the current research status at home and abroad,and the main methods used in research;In combination with the requirements of cultivating students' core literacy under the reform of the new college entrance examination,they found that they have certain requirements and impacts on the teaching process of high school ideological and political subjects,the effectiveness of high school ideological and political subjects,and the status of high school ideological and political subjects,and a new round of The curriculum reform puts forward new teaching requirements.The third chapter,through the sample survey of high school students in three middle schools,among which high school students come from different levels of teaching classes,the results are also at all levels,and the current high school students' core literacy training status The existing problems have made preliminary judgments and understandings.According to the survey,the current core literacy of high school students' ideological and political disciplines is far from the requirements of the new generation of young people proposed by the state,including the new requirements of the new college entrance examination reform for ideological and political subjects,the inertia of students' exam-oriented education,and teacher education.The lag of people's concept,the deep-rooted traditional teaching mode,the lack of development and utilization of curriculum resources,etc.And found that this status quo is the result of multiple factors;the fourth chapter,through the comprehensive analysis of the first-hand data collected by the questionnaire survey Combining with the requirements of the core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines under the background of the current new college entrance examination reform,this paper attempts to explore the effective path of cultivating the core literacy of high school students' ideological and political disciplines from the four dimensions of political identity,public participation,scientific spirit and rule of law consciousness.The fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The main aspects of political identity are: to develop the core literacy of students by playing the positive role of the college entrance examination,adopting thetopic situational teaching,constructing multiple interactions in the classroom,and enriching the extracurricular social practice.The scientific spirit mainly cultivates students' core literacy by enriching teaching materials and creating a scientific spirit classroom.The consciousness of the rule of law mainly cultivates the core literacy of students through the three-in-one way of school,family and society.In terms of public participation,students' core literacy is cultivated through classroom simulation and practical experience.Due to the deepening of the new curriculum reform,we are required to keep up with the pace of the times and explore a set of programs to cultivate students' core literacy paths,so that ideological and political lessons can return to their essence and play their functions.At the same time,this is also an important subject that need for the education community to explore.
