Research On The Construction Of Safety Management Mechanism Of Private Kindergartens

Private kindergartens are an important part of kindergartens,and they are developing rapidly and receiving much attention.On the one hand,the national "two-child" policy has been liberalized,and the number of children has increased.On the other hand,people pay more attention to pre-school education and pre-school education has become more popular.This has made the demand for pre-school education increasing.Although the state has intensified efforts to build public kindergartens,public kindergartens are far from meeting the needs of preschool education for school-age children.Therefore,private kindergartens have emerged as the times require,and the size and number of kindergartens in most areas exceed those of public kindergartens.Compared with public kindergartens,private kindergartens have their own development characteristics,which has caused problems of low barriers to entry and difficulties in supervision.The safety accidents of private kindergartens are also frequently reported.This paper takes the safety management situation of Cangzhou Citizens' Kindergarten as the research object.Through the investigation of the current situation of Cangzhou citizens' kindergartens,we find the main problems,establish a long-term mechanism for the safety management of private kindergartens,and provide opinions for the safety management of Cangzhou citizens.This paper mainly uses questionnaires and interview surveys to collect texts and data.The questionnaire survey is divided into parent questionnaires and teacher questionnaires.The interview surveys are interviews for the safety management of private kindergarten directors.The author hopes to investigate the different subjects of private kindergartens.More comprehensive collection of the data needed for the paper.The main contents of this study are:Introduction.From the highly concerned Shanghai Ctrip Kindergarten child abuse incident,the Beijing Honghuanglan incident triggered thinking,and in the light of the attention to preschool education in the 19 th National Congress report,the significance of the study of the safety management of private kindergartens was introduced.An overview of the safety management of private kindergartens.This paper defines the concepts of the private kindergarten and the private kindergarten safety management mechanism,and illustrates the main manifestations that affect the private kindergarten safety management.Third,the investigation of the safety management of private kindergartens in Ganzhou City.Private kindergarten safety management as a topic of human interest,how to carry out in Ganzhou area,through questionnaire and interview analysis to obtain data,analysis and arrangement.Fourth,there are problems in security management of private kindergartens in Ganzhou City and their reasons.Through the data analysis,find out the common problems in security management of private kindergartens in Ganzhou city and analyze the reasons.Fifth,explore the establishment of security management mechanism for private kindergartens in Ganzhou.In order to find out the problem,it is finally to solve the problem.According to the actual situation in Ganzhou City,the establishment of the security management mechanism for private kindergartens is proposed to solve the problems existing in security management.
