Education is an extremely complex art,and school is a relatively independent and complex organization,and reform is a complex process of "breaking" and "standing"against each other.The "cluster" and "chemical reaction" of this kind of multi-repetitive complexity constitute the multi-repetitive complexity of school reform.But nowadays,the phenomenon of "teacher-proof ' still exists widely in the school reform,ignoring the main functions of teachers in the reform.Attaching importance to the main role of teachers in the reform is an inevitable problem in the school reform.Therefore,exploring the symbiotic effect of school reform and teacher development is not only of great significance to broaden the theory of school reform,but also an active response to the practical problems of teachers' living conditions in the process of reform.This study is divided into five parts.First,clarify the relevant concepts,sort out and summarize the relevant research on teachers' participation in school reform,and introduce the research purpos'e,significance,ideas and innovations of this study;second,based on the "action-structure symbiosis theory",point out the interactive relationship between action and structure:;third,empirical research was carried out on the basis of theoretical analysis,780 teachers from more than 30 schools were selected as the research objects,and the school reform scale and teacher development scale were used to investigate teachers' participation in reform and teachers' development in reform.The results of SPSS22.0 data analysis show that development is the general demand of teachers,and reform drives the expansion of teacher development platform,and teacher training adapted to reform needs is easier to be recognized,and teachers' resistance is widespread.Fourth,the symbiotic effect of school reform and teacher development is analyzed.In the interactive generation of action and structure,Teachers are the important driving force for school reform,and school reform creates a new environment for teachers' development;Fifth,put forward the strategy of realizing the synergy of school reform and teacher development.On the one hand,achieve teacher development in school reform,so that teachers can become the internal driving force for more effective follow-up reform.On the other hand,teachers should also embrace a more open mentality,actively integrate into reform,achieve self-development,and become the force of continuous reform.
