At present,the country in the process of giving priority to the development of education,based on the basic national conditions of China is a large agricultural country,it will inevitably give priority to the development of rural education in an important position.With the rapid development of socialist economy,China's rural education has made great progress,but there is still a big gap with the urban school education,this is because most of the rural students are left-behind children,learning consciousness is poor;Parents work in cities,resulting in inadequate supervision of children;The teacher's educational thought lags behind,the teaching ability is not good,the teaching enthusiasm is not high;The school management system is not perfect,the system is not strict and so on,facing so many problems,together with the author's study life and work experience,arouse the author's interest in this topic research,at the same time,the author thinks to strengthen the rural middle school teaching management has important significance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research,he status quo of the research at home the research methods and the innovation of the research;the second part includes the concept and theories of teaching management;the third part is the current situation of the teaching management in Q Middle School and the problems existing in the teaching management;the fourth part is based on the analysis of the above problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the modernization of the teaching management of a junior middle school in a country.Taking Q Middle School as an example to analysis and summarizes the problems of the rural middle school teaching management,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.Through consulting and sorting out the relevant literature,on the basis of the existing theoretical and empirical research.
