General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "the younger generation has ideals,skills,and responsibilities,so that the country has a future,and the nation has hope."The training of young people's responsibilities has attracted more and more attention from the society.As the successors in the new era,college students shoulder important missions and responsibilities.Against the background of the realization of the"Chinese Dream",the cultivation of ideal,capable and responsible new era newcomers needs to be paid attention to in the social and educational fields,and the importance of cultivating college students' ability to assume responsibility is becoming increasingly prominent.From the perspective of positive psychology,this study understands responsibility as a potential psychological capital.First of all,the concept,connotation and structure of university students' responsibility are defined and analyzed based on the theory of positive organizational behavior;on this basis;the"College Students' Responsibility Questionnaire.is compiled and quality analysis is carried out;then the current status of contemporary university students' responsibility and their achievement motivation are investigated through questionnaires Finally,on the basis of analyzing the effect of achievement motivation on the role,several countermeasures to improve the level of university students' ability to act are put forward.Through the data processing and analysis,we know that the questionnaire for college students includes four factors:responsibility,courage,altruism,and self-control.The questionnaire letter and validity test results show that the quality of the questionnaire meets the requirements of psychometrics.The statistical results of the questionnaire show that college students have good levels of responsibility,sense of responsibility and altruism,while the levels of courage and self-control are relatively low;there are significant differences in college students' ability to act in different demographic variables.There is a significant positive correlation between the achievement motivation of university students and the ability to take responsibility and its various factors,and there is a significant difference in the ability of undergraduates with different levels of achievement motivation.Students with high achievement motivation also have high bearing abilities,and the ability to bear low achievement motivation levels is relatively low;Regression analysis results show that the university motivation has a significant positive predictive effect on the role and its various factors.We know that the motivation of university formation is significantly positively correlated with the ability to take responsibility.The motivation for pursuing success contributes to the enhancement of the ability to take responsibility.The improvement of the ability to take responsibility also affects the reinforcement of the motivation of university formation.Therefore.the cultivation suggestion starts with the achievement motivation theory,uses Ausubel's achievement motivation theory to cultivate the sense of responsibility of college students,and stimulates the spirit of self-altruism;the self-efficacy theory is used to strengthen the self-control ability of college students,and the courage quality of college students is strengthened according to the attribution theory,thereby enhancing the responsibility of college students ability.
