The novel coronavirus pneumonia has been affecting the hearts of the Chinese people and the whole world at the beginning of the new year in 2020.Countless medical workers rushed to the front line regardless of their personal safety.The education industry is no exception.Novel coronavirus infection has been spreading effectively to ensure the health and safety of teachers and students.Schools across the country have started online teaching activities such as “active isolation,delay in teaching,no suspension of teaching”,and the Internet plus education mode has once again become a new topic in the educational field.Multimedia teaching is undoubtedly “mutual” in recent years.A successful example of “networking +” technology development.As everyone knows,education is the foundation for a hundred years.With the rapid development of science and technology,multimedia technology has become more and more popular in the teaching process,and has become the most important auxiliary tool in teaching.At the same time,multimedia has more and more influence on the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school.It has been applied to teaching by more and more teachers.The functions of multimedia include three aspects: first,multimedia teaching can optimize the subjects of moral and rule of law in junior high school,add multimedia teaching to the traditional teaching methods,and integrate into the teaching situation properly,which can greatly increase the number of courses The interest of the course of morality and rule of law enables students to accept the course actively instead of passively,so as to meet the needs of optimizing the course.Secondly,multimedia teaching can promote the development of moral and rule of law teachers in junior high school.Multimedia teaching helps some teachers break away from the inherent Teaching,optimize the teaching steps,facilitate the interaction between teachers and students,and let teachers Get better progress and development.Third,combining traditional teaching with multimedia teaching to organize teaching activities,we can broaden students' thinking and promote their all-round development.However,with the application of multimedia teaching,some problems are gradually exposed.Through the questionnaire and interviews with some teachers and students in six rural junior high schools in Fanxian County,this paper finds that there are some problems in the multimedia teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school by analyzing the results of the questionnaire: there are some deficiencies in teaching philosophy,teaching knowledge and teaching skills of teachers.In terms of teaching philosophy,there are some problems that some teachers ignore students' dominant position in multimedia teaching and ignore the interaction and communication between teachers and students.In terms of teaching knowledge,there are some problems,such as the multimedia courseware designed by some teachers is divorced from the students' life reality,the students can't keep up with the rhythm of teachers' using multimedia teaching in the course of morality and rule of law,and the multimedia courseware designed by some teachers is not interesting enough.In terms of teaching skills,some teachers have a little lack of multimedia professional application ability;in terms of students,there are some problems such as weak willpower of some students,cognitive deviation and emotional deviation of “morality and rule of law” course.However,in the teaching environment,there is a lack of practice communication after class and multimedia supporting facilities are backward.The emergence of these problems shows that it is imperative to improve the multimedia teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.This paper attempts to give some solutions to the problems: for the teachers of “morality and the rule of law”,we can change teachers' teaching ideas,enrich teaching knowledge and improve teachers' computer application ability.Teachers should change the traditional teaching concept,attach importance to the students' dominant position in multimedia teaching,and attach importance to the interaction and communication between teachers and students.At the same time,we should enrich our own teaching knowledge,increase the learning of multimedia teaching related knowledge,enhance the professional ability in multimedia teaching,and highlight the focus of multimedia teaching.For students,we should cultivate students' good will and change their cognition of multimedia teaching mode of morality and rule of law.In terms of teaching environment,local education departments should provide financial and technical support to rural junior high schools,update and improve backward teaching media facilities.In the process of writing,this paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and observation.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and the interview and observation of teachers,students and experts,this paper makes two questionnaires for teachers and students,makes statistical analysis of the results,and makes an analysis of the results and the causes of the results,so as to get the corresponding improvement suggestions,aiming to promote the development and progress of moral and legal multimedia teaching in rural junior middle schools in fan County,and for other junior middle schools in cities and counties It is of great significance to deepen the reform of multimedia teaching in the course of learning morality and rule of law.
