Research On The Sharing Model Choice Of The Science And Technology Talents In IT Industry

In information economy era,as a representative of the high-tech and knowledge industry,IT industry has developed rapidly,also the science and technology talents of which are becoming increasingly scarce.the traditional channel in obtaining the science and technology talents is no more adapting to staffing requirements,which promote the emergence of the talents sharing alliances in IT industry.Through the construction of influencing factors system and selection method of the science and technology talents,the staffing requisition in IT industry would be satisfied,that become an urgent matter.This paper focuses on the existing problems of IT industry talent sharing,refines the influencing factors of IT industry talent sharing in IT industry,analyzes the two talent sharing modes and proposes four talent sharing mode selection paths based on the factors of talent sharing.Firstly,this paper analyzes related literatures at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics of IT industry and the status and characteristics of the science and technology talents sharing in IT industry.though the statistic analysis of the questionaire available data,this paper has obtained the influencing factors of the scientific and technological talent sharing in IT industry.Secondly,the sharing model of science and technology talents has been analyzed.Finally,the process of sharing scientific and technological talents is divided into three stages,according to the influencing factors of each stage.four paths to select the talent sharing model are made.The influencing factors of the scientific and technological talents sharing in IT industry are:the transfer degree of knowledge and technology,the closeness degree of organizational relationships,and the degree of profit distribution management.The oprable influencing factors system constructed by three factors is scientific and reasonable.There are three process of the talents sharing:the initial process,the integrative process,and the evaluation process.In the initial process,the sharing alliance model is selected by the difficulty level of knowledge and technology transfer;in the integration process,the sharing alliance model is selected by the closeness degree of organizational relationships;in the evaluation process,the sharing alliance model is selected by the difficulty level of profit distribution management.When the knowledge and technology can be transferred more difficult,the organizational relationship is closer,and the distribution of profit is difficult to manage,the equity circular strategic alliance is more suitable;when the knowledge and technology can be transferred easily,the organizational relationship is tight,and the profit distribution is difficult to manage,choose non-equity Circular strategic alliance;when knowledge and technology can be transferred easily,organizational relationship is closer,and the distribution of profit is easy to manage,choose non-equity cyclical strategic management alliance;when knowledge and technology can be transferred easily,organizational relationship is tight,and the distribution of profit is easy to manage,choose non-equity cyclical strategic management alliance.
