At present,the 5G era is close at hand,and “connection” has become the most important and fundamental feature.In this context,"Big connection" will become the development trend of China Mobile's continuous innovation,which puts forward higher requirements for innovation and technology management of mobile technology,and the vitality of innovation ultimately depends on the level of the company's competitive scientific and technological talents.Therefore,mobile companies urgently need to develop innovative human resource management to adapt to mobile new information competition.As the largest communications operator in Yongzhou,China Mobile's Yongzhou branch is facing an increasingly severe competition for scientific and technological talents.On the one hand,because the company is not perfect in the career development management system of scientific and technological talents,the competitiveness of Yongzhou Mobile's scientific and technological talents is declining.On the other hand,Yongzhou Mobile has also been affected by attracting talents,upstream and downstream of the industry and the Internet.Industry,IT industry and even the financial industry are actively recruiting scientific and technological talents,which makes Yongzhou Mobile unable to attract outstanding scientific and technological talents in the absence ofprofessional development management of scientific and technological talents.Therefore,in order to improve the scientific and technological talent team of Yongzhou Mobile,it is necessary to strengthen the professional development management of scientific and technological talents.The article takes Yongzhou Mobile as the research object,and obtains the first-hand data of Yongzhou mobile science and technology talents' career development satisfaction through questionnaire survey.Combined with the data analysis results,it summarizes the current professional development status of Yongzhou mobile science and technology talents and finds that the current YongzhouMobile The career development of science and technology talents has key problems such as lack of loyalty,high turnover rate,blocked career development channels,insufficient job penetration,poor job performance,conflicts between individual and company development interests,and the reconstruction of modern science and technology talents.The incentive measures,the innovative career development salary model and the career management of strengthening scientific and technological talents have proposed countermeasures for improving the career development of Yongzhou mobile science and technology talents and promoting the construction of scientific and technological talents.At present,the theoretical and practical significance of exploring andimproving mobile companies to adapt to the development of "big connection" human resource strategy is very obvious: On the one hand,the research of the article supplements and enriches the relevant theoretical research on the career development of science and technology talents;on the other hand,the research of this paper is helpful to improve the management level of employees' career in Yongzhou branch of China Mobile,help the company reduce employee turnover rate,and improve the job satisfaction and loyalty of scientific and technological employees,and finally achieve the goal of promoting the implementation of the "big connection" strategy,promote the company's sustainable development,and provide experience for the professional development management of science and technology talents of other companies in the industry.
