After years of development,the scale of China's higher education is gradually expanding,and the number of enrollment is also increasing year by year.People also have new expectations and requirements for the service quality of higher education.As a result,the evaluation method to measure the quality of higher education has been gradually improved;however,the current focus of higher education evaluation is still on discipline construction,teachers' level,campus area,infrastructure construction and other aspects,while college students as the main body of learning,their internal learning experience has not been fully valued.Therefore,in order to realize the better development of higher education,improve the quality of education and teaching,and strengthen the learning experience of college students,colleges and universities should take the learning satisfaction of college students as an important scale of the level of running a school,so as to attract high-quality students and promote their own development.This study takes the study satisfaction of college students in industry as the main research object.First of all,by consulting a wide range of literature,higher education policies,laws and regulations,and drawing on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad,the evaluation index system of College Students' learning satisfaction in the industry is constructed,which is divided into learning environment,service and management,theoretical teaching,practical teaching,expected results and other first-class indicators,and the evaluation index system is used as an investigation of the industry universities The main means of students' learning satisfaction;secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to carry out in-depth investigation and Research on students' learning satisfaction in six industry-oriented colleges and universities;finally,according to the data results of the survey,combined with interviews with industry-oriented college administrators,teachers,and students,the current situation and problems of industry-oriented college students' learning satisfaction are clarified Analysis of the reasons,and put forward targeted suggestions.After a comprehensive analysis of the learning satisfaction of college students in the industry,the following conclusions are drawn: first,on the whole,the learning satisfaction of college students in the industry is at a high level,and the evaluation of the whole learning process is high;second,among the five first-class indicators studied,the average score of satisfaction is from high to low,which are: theoretical teaching,practical teaching,and pre teaching Period results,service and management,learning environment;thirdly,the specific aspect with the highest average value of industry college students' learning satisfaction is "the relationship with students in the class",and the specific aspect with the lowest average value is "the degree to which the school self-study room meets the learning needs";finally,the indicators of learning satisfaction of students in different disciplines and grades in Industry College There are some very big differences between the evaluation.Combined with the problems and reasons of the professional colleges and universities in the aspect of students' learning satisfaction,this study believes that the professional colleges and universities must establish the concept of "student-centered",respect the development of students' main body;improve the quality of theoretical teaching,enhance the interaction between teachers and students;attach importance to practical teaching,improve the students' practical ability;improve the management level,enhance the school's service awareness;and optimize chemistry Learn the environment and create good learning conditions.
