Education is a special phenomenon of human society and an activity of caring for human development.Under the new situation of educational reform,it has become a hot topic in the field of basic education about developing students' core qualities.The teaching effect of senior high school ideological and political courses makes a great difference to the curriculum reform.This kind of courses are dedicated to the construction of activity-oriented subject curricula.According to design a series of activities,we can stimulate students' interest,arouse the classroom atmosphere and improve teachers' teaching efficiency.The debating teaching practices the concepts of the new curriculum reform.It introduces the debating activities to the class,cultivates the students' dialectical thinking and comprehensive ability,constructs the efficient activity class and implements the cultivation of the core accomplishment.But in the teaching practice,whether the debating teaching can exert the maximum educational value is still influenced by many factors.From the perspective of high school ideological and political teaching,it is necessary to study the concrete application aimed at debating teaching of high school ideological and political teaching.After investigating and analyzing the current application of debating teaching in high schools' ideological and political classes,it is found that polemic teaching in the application of senior high school ideological and political courses can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,promote the construction of efficient political classes and enrich the high school political classroom activities.But there are also problems,for example,there are few debating activities in political classrooms,some students do not really participate in the debate and a few teachers do not have enough control measures for debating activities.By collating and analyzing the data,the reasons are summarized as follows:Firstly,the teaching methods are traditional and teachers' awareness of implementing debating teaching is weak.Secondly,affected by the pressure of further education,schools ignore the cultivation of students' disciplinary thinking.Thirdly,students lack knowledge reserves and they have low abilities and levels of debating.At last,the implementation of debating activities is difficult and it is not easy for teachers to grasp.In order to enhance the operability of debating teaching and base on the two most basic elements of teachers and students,this paper propose that the principle of life,the principle of gradual progress,the principle of combining interest and knowledge and the principle of democratic cooperation between teachers and students should be followed when using debating teaching.Finally,a teaching example is provided,it conducts an empirical research on enhancing the effectiveness and pertinence of debating teaching in high school ideological and political classes.
