In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the new round of curriculum reform with "core literacy" as an important content,many front-line teachers who respond to the reform and actively innovate have emerged,constantly explore new and efficient classroom teaching methods to alleviate the moral and rule of law in the junior high school classroom widespread "rote learning","one language classroom" and other problems.In the 1960 s,the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method,which aims at consolidating students' basic knowledge,developing students' good thinking quality and realizing students' lifelong development,emerged in the field of western medicine,it is the right time to apply it to the moral and rule of law curriculum in junior middle school.In the context of the new curriculum,it is very important to pay attention to the exploration of classroom teaching methods in accordance with the laws of education and teaching.Firstly,the application of PBL teaching method in moral and rule of law class in junior middle school is taken as the research object,and the connotation and implementation process of PBL teaching method are defined,among them,Marxist epistemology is its theoretical origin,constructivist learning theory and social cohesion theory are its theoretical basis,kol berg's "moral dilemma" theory is an important theory for the junior middle school moral and the rule of law curriculum characteristics and students at this stage of physical and mental development characteristics.Finally,the application of PBL teaching method in the classroom is of great significance to the "teaching" of teachers and the "learning" of students,for example,it is beneficial to promote the change of teachers' role,construct the teacher-student relationship of "teaching benefits each other",cultivate students' good thinking quality,improve students' competition and cooperation ability,etc..Through interviews with teachers and students at the target schools,we found that the problems in the application of PBL teaching method in moral and rule of law classroom in junior middle school are as follows: The popularization and familiarity of PBL teaching method are not high,the setting of some problems in classroom is not reasonable,the efficiency of group cooperation needs to be enhanced,and the teaching evaluation quality is not high.Based on this,in order to improve the effect of PBL teaching method,firstly,we should widen the extension channels of PBL teaching method,encourage teachers to participate in PBL teaching and research activities,improve the implementation environment of PBL teaching method,and continuously improve the quality of PBL teaching method;secondly,in the classroom,teachers should pay attention to the interest,level and "gold content" of problem setting in order to improve students' participation in class and enhance the teaching effect,finally,we should pay attention to the evaluation of students,improve the evaluation of teachers,and give consideration to the evaluation of teaching environment,improving the evaluation quality of PBL classroom teaching.As the moral and rule-by-law curriculum is an important part of the ideological and political curriculum,it plays a very important role in the formation of healthy "three views" and the formation of good thinking quality of junior middle school students,therefore,its teaching effect has been highly concerned by the majority of educators.However,some inherent problems in moral and rule of law class in junior middle school make it urgent for educators to seek new teaching methods.The application of PBL teaching method in the classroom of morality and rule of law in junior middle school can meet the needs of new curriculum reform and promote students' all-round development to a certain extent,the first-line teachers who are engaged in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle school should try to combine the PBL teaching method with the moral and rule of law in junior middle school so as to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
