The government of henan province issued the opinions on vigorously promoting the reform and development of vocational education,which made detailed provisions on the reform aspects and contents of vocational education in henan province,and proposed that in the process of vocational education reform,it must be based on market demand and serve the construction of socialist cause as the fundamental goal.In the reform of vocational education,we should train "double-qualified" teachers,improve the construction of "double-qualified" teachers through a series of training services,and lay a foundation for improving the level and quality of vocational education.But look from the current actual situation,in the process of reform and development of higher vocational school through the construction of "double type" teachers has achieved certain success,to some extent,improved the quality and ability of vocational college teachers,but in the construction of "double type" teachers is a series of problems and deficiencies,for example,in the process of the value theory and ignore turn industry technology;Focusing on the cultivation of teacher qualifications but ignoring the teaching ability of teachers,these factors lead to the failure of the construction of "double-qualified" teachers to meet the corresponding requirements,which affects the construction effect of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and has a great negative impact on the reform and development of vocational colleges.In this paper,on the basis of research results at home and abroad,to vocational education reform and development as the instruction,using literature research,case analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method and other methods,the six higher vocational colleges of henan province "double type" teachers team construction on the omni-directional and multi-level research,found that the current higher vocational colleges of henan province "double type" teachers team construction,including the "double type" teachers' shortage,single source structure,"double type" teachers is not stable,"double type" teachers knowledge aging phenomenon is serious,etc.,and analyzes the root causes of problems,and connecting with the actual situation,This paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in henan higher vocational colleges from three aspects: improving the understanding of the construction of double-qualified teachers,perfecting the management mechanism of the construction of double-qualified teachers and perfecting the system and system of the construction of double-qualified teachers.This study aims at,in view of the particularity of higher vocational colleges,and explore the construction of "double type" teachers team construction,to improve teachers' professional ability and quality at the same time,deepen the higher vocational college "double type" teachers team construction reform,the establishment conforms to higher vocational colleges of henan province "double type" teachers team construction mechanism,promote the construction of "double type" teachers of benign development.
