the development of students' physical and mental health comprehensive opinions,these files all have one thing in common:In order to promote the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities,the author puts forward some requirements on the objectives,contents and setting of the curriculum.Course content as the core of the curriculum reform in the universities are constantly in the process of optimization of physical education curriculum reform,have a good results but also encountered many problems,some universities undergraduate public sports curriculum content monotonous repetition,the sports classroom lack of vigor and vitality,at the same time under the influence of the traditional sports teaching thought,content rules formulated by the public sports curriculum in most schools too strict,so the choice of course content range is too small,highlight the characteristics of The Times and social development,also reflect enough in local and national characteristics,machine-made,in short,of college public physical education curriculum content system reform is imminent.Aerobics movement since the spread is widely respected and loved by the masses of the people in our country,the heart of education,education,education function fully,has become the most public of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities sports curriculum to open one of contents,public sports aerobics curriculum content system of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities as the subsystem of the university sports curriculum content system,strengthen the building of aerobics curriculum content system research,for deepening the reform of college sports curriculum content system,realize the goal of school physical education teaching is very necessary.This article uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method as the research methods,in-depth survey of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities public sports aerobics curriculum development present situation,the situation of public sports aerobics courses,relevant research experts and teachers teaching units and courses to learn students feel to know,and so on and so forth,probes into the undergraduate course of common colleges and universities the form and content of public sports aerobics curriculum setting and the requirements on school assignment and assessment with developing students' learning needs,college education and development trend of sports whether to adapt,the results showed that:(1)public sports aerobics curriculum content system of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities should take social,disciplines,students as the value orientation,the system theory,the teaching process optimization,the layering teaching theory and cognitive skills on the basis of the law of development of regular exercise on the basis of establishment of the public sports aerobics course objectives and the development of sports,the characteristics and structural elements,follow the practice combined with a comprehensive,integrity and cohesion,combining scientific and practical,the combination of unity and flexibility,the combination of inheritance and development of combining the basic principles to build;(2)The nature of public sports aerobics courses in ordinary colleges and universities is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses,among which elective courses are offered for senior students,and various types of courses are divided into basic courses,optional courses and club courses,among which basic courses are mainly offered in lower grades.Although the calisthenics course required by most colleges is more popular,the calisthenics course selected by senior students exists in name only;(3)At present,the curriculum content of public sports aerobics in ordinary colleges and universities is not reasonable,which is mainly reflected in the single course content,lack of flexibility,the separation of theoretical content and practical content,the curriculum content cannot fully meet the needs of students and other problems,which is not conducive to the healthy development of students' body and mind and the cultivation of lifelong PE consciousness.The assessment content pays too much attention to the technical assessment,lacks the assessment of the theoretical content,and the assessment standard is too low,which does not play the role of encouraging students to master the basic theoretical knowledge of aerobics,improve their own technical level and other aspects,resulting in the phenomenon that students cannot benefit from short-term improvement;(4)public sports aerobics curriculum content system of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities for the three levels of four aspects,namely,the early,middle and senior level three levels and theory,technology,skill and quality four aspects,with aerobics basic theory,the current technical routine actions,aerobics basic ability literacy,physical exercise as the main body,the content according to the arrangement of difficulty is subdivided into various levels and the corresponding period of.In view of the above conclusions,suggestions are put forward:the calisthenics with yoga,sports dance,line dance and other physical arts are selected into the contents of the basic course of public physical education,reduce the repetition of learning,absorb the local characteristics and national characteristics of the local content to enrich the contents of public physical aerobics;Attaches great importance to the student the actual participation of sports activities and the improvement of aerobics exercise capacity,extension assessment content,and public sports aerobics courses related to sports activities and competition,aerobics theoretical knowledge,such as included in the examination content,promote the integration of inside and outside class sports activities and better integration of theory and practice of aerobics course;It can expand the teaching form of public sports calisthenics courses,broaden the information resource sharing platform,provide comprehensive sports information resource inquiry,and help students make more convenient use of sports information resources.
