Research On The Professional Construction Of College Counselors

At present,China's higher education is in a rapid development stage,and the professional requirements of counselors in various colleges and universities are gradually improved.As the core force of student management,college counselors play an important role in Ideological and political education,good character building,employment,psychological guidance and so on,which has an important impact on the success of college students.Therefore,the construction of a high-level,professional counselor team has become an inevitable way to ensure the ideological education of college students,student affairs management and student development guidance,and is an important part of talent training in Colleges and universities in China.However,there are still some problems in the professional construction of counselor team.Some contradictions still restrict the psychological growth and quality training of college students,which need to be solved by effective measures.In the face of such practical difficulties,this paper uses the theory of Ideological and political education,pedagogy,psychology and other related theories,with reference to the successful experience of the professional development of counselors in western countries,to explore the problems existing in the professional development of counselors in Colleges and universities,and on this basis,summarizes reasonable countermeasures.This article mainly through to the University Counselor troop construction related policy literature review,unifies the questionnaire survey and the field interview,embarks from the University Counselor troop construction basic theory to carry on the concept definition,carries on the comb to the counselor troop specialization historical process,and arranges several decades University Counselor troop specialization construction worth the reference experience.Through literature analysis,interview and exchange,comparative research,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the professional problems of college counselors,finds out the problems and reasons,and puts forward practical countermeasures for how to cultivate a professional college counselor team.I hope it can provide the basis for the construction of college counselors and the reform of college education and teaching.
