Physical function training is derived from the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation.As a new type of training system with unique training concept.,it has been widely used in competitive sports.It plays a positive role in the development of athletes'physical fitness,the improvement of competitive level,and the prevention of sports injuries.Whereas this study combines physical function training with the teaching of rouli ball in colleges and conducts a experimental research aiming at the application of physical function training,in order to provide reference for the practical application of physical function training in school physical education classroom in the future.This research adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to study two natural classes of the elective course of rouli ball of Grade 2017 of Central China Normal University.The 16-week experimental teaching and experiment are carried out.The experiment group combines physical function training with rouli ball teaching,while the control group carries out routine teaching,and the data before and after the experiment are statistically analyzed.Results:1.For the results of functional movement screening,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of deep squat,over-block,straight-line split-leg squat,shoulder flexibility,active leg raising,trunk stability push-ups and body rotation stability(p<0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of over-block and straight-line split-leg squat(p<0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of the five asymmetric movements:shoulder flexibility,active leg raising and body rotation stability(p<0.05).2.In terms of physical fitness,when comparing the differences between the experimental group and the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups in sitting forward bending,standing with closed eyes and one foot,cross quadrant jumping,eight-step abdominal bridge and standing long jump,and the growth range of each index in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group;when comparing the differences between the two groups,the sitting body forward bending,standing with closed eyes and one foot and standing with cross quadrant were significant differences.There were significant differences in jumping(p<0.05).3.In the aspect of rouli ball skill learning,after the experiment,the achievement of the experimental group in technical completion and artistic performance was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05),and there was no obvious difference in additional points(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Physical function training can significantly improve the score of functional movement screening test,especially in the improvement of asymmetric movements which is prior to the conventional training.2.Compared with conventional training,physical function training has a better effect on improving physical fitness,especially in terms of flexibility,balance and sensitivity.3.Physical function training helpful to improve the learning effect of rouli ball skill,which is mainly reflected in the technical completion and artistic expression.
