Research On Influencing Factors Of Industry-university-research Cooperation Innovation Based On Kelly Repertory Grid Technique

With increasingly fierce international competition,the comprehensive competitiveness of a country is more and more concentrated in its capability of independent innovation.Enterprises,universities and research institutes are the most important components of national innovation activities,so the combination of them is a significant way to improve independent innovation capacity as well as the main form of industry-university-research cooperation innovation.In recent years,we have achieved promising results and progress through cooperation and innovation among enterprises,universities and research institutes,but there are still some problems in the process of carrying out industry-university-research cooperation innovation.Based on this,starting from analyzing the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovation,the paper uses the utility theory and general equilibrium theory of economics to explore the influencing mechanism of cooperation and innovation on industry-university-research output,and then analyzes the influencing factors of industry-university-research cooperation innovation based on Kelly repertory grid technique.The main results from analyzing the influencing factors of industry-university-research cooperation innovation with Kelly repertory grid technique are as follows:first of all,on the basis of Kelly repertory grid technique,taking the cooperative innovation projects of enterprises,universities and research institutions as the research object,eight representative cases were selected as elements through semi-structural interviews to generate and screen constructs and make matrix,and then the data of influencing factors were obtained.Secondly,factor analysis was used for data processing,and common factors were found according to the correlation of constructs.Finally,the effect of influencing factors on industry-university-research cooperation innovation was analyzed based on the six dimensions of construct categorization.Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper concludes 14 main influencing factors of industry-university-research cooperation innovation,which are the consciousness of innovation,trust,communication,enterprise scale,enterprise demand,the integrity of laws and regulations,intellectual property protection,R&D funds,regional economic strength,geographical location,internal service support platform,incentives and safeguard measures,intermediary service levels,and investment and financing environment respectively,They are classified into six dimensions,namely symbiosis,demand,regulation,region,supply and market.
