As the new round of curriculum reform has been deepened constantly,school-based curriculum has a broader space for development,so the development of school-based resources around the city has also been conducted in full swing.Qihe river owns rich varieties of cultural resources,many of which are listed as China's intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,by using literature research,this paper is based on interests of teachers and students to make the research on the mutual participation in the development of junior school Chinese school-based curriculum with culture of Qihe river by schools,teachers and students.The rich curriculum content and diverse curriculum forms are conducive not only to stimulate students' interest in learning,but also to improve teachers' professional skills.As a result,it is of great practical significance to include cultural resources of Qihe river in the study of school-based curriculum.Through the analysis of the school-based curriculum developed in Hebi,it is found that these school-based courses can take into account the cognitive characteristics of students in all ages in order to stimulate and cultivate students' love for their hometown.However,some schools have not set up a system of school-based curriculum and teachers' participation is not high,and most courses only have the instrumentality or humanity of school-based curriculum,without achieving a win-win situation of instrumentality and humanity and resulting in the less gain for students.As for the above problems,the author thinks that it is necessary to conduct a systematical study on the needs of school-based curriculum development,teachers' scientific research ability,and the implementation and evaluation system of school-based curriculum to develop the Chinese school-based curriculum suitable for students to learn,thus achieving the goal of improving students' language literacy.This paper mainly discusses junior school Chinese school-based curriculum development with culture of Qihe river from three aspects.First,it analyzes the development value of Qihe culture junior school Chinese school-based curriculum resources from three dimensions of enriching teaching content,improving teachers' professional level and inheriting local culture,and the feasibility is discussed in terms of policy support,the orientation of curriculum standards and interests of teachers and students.Secondly,based on the principles of junior school Chinese school-based curriculum development with culture of Qihe,it integrate cultural resources of Qihe into four categories,including Qihe celebrity,Qihe folklore,Qihe landscape and Qihe literature from the perspective of humanistic resources and natural resources,and through the analysis on utilized resources,it summarizes the experience and lack in the development of existing resources to lay the foundation for the research.Then,through the implementation of specific courses,Qihe culture is integrated into Chinese classroom in junior high school and the further adjustment of curriculum is made according to curriculum implementation evaluation and curriculum reflection.Finally,the author makes an objective analysis of the effect on Qihe culture junior school Chinese school-based curriculum development and hopes to practice and perfect it in the future teaching work.
