In recent years, the problem of overburdening schoolchildren has caused widespread concern in the whole society. The excessive academic burden not only affects the implementation of quality education in my country, but also has a certain degree of adverse impact on the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students. In 2018,nine departments such as the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Measures for Reducing Burden in Primary and Secondary Schools(Reducing Burdens in Primary and Secondary Schools(Article 30 for Burden Reduction),etc. The four aspects of education guardianship responsibility and strengthening government management and supervision have put forward clear requirements to effectively promote the work of reducing the academic burden of primary and middle school students. This shows that Private Supplementary has become an important factor that can not be ignored in the process of reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students.Along with the increasing burden reduction measures for primary and middle school students,it is the problem of extra-school burdens that students are increasingly unable to ignore. It is understood that the phenomenon of primary and secondary school students participating in Private Supplementary in China has become very common.Private Supplementary has become an indispensable part of the learning and life of most primary and secondary school students today,so in the question of how to reduce the burden on primary and secondary school students,it is naturally inevitable It is necessary to pay attention to the influence of the factor of Private Supplementary on the schoolwork load of primary and middle school students. However,at present, whether Private Supplementary has become an important source of students' academic burden, what kind of impact it has on students' academic burden, and how should we reinterpret the burden of primary and secondary school students from the perspective of Private Supplementary less. Therefore, this article chooses to explore the burden reduction of primary and middle school students from the perspective of Private Supplementary:First, based on the literature review, using literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, interviews and other research methods to conduct a sample survey on the first grade students of a junior high school in W city to understand the current junior high school Students' academic burden and the actual situation of participating in Private Supplementary. Then, using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics and analysis of variance and interview methods to further analyze the impact of Private Supplementary on the junior high school students'academic burden. Finally,on the basis of the above analysis From the perspective of training,we discuss how to reduce the burden on primary and middle school students, with a view to making a small contribution to the problem of reducing the burden on primary and secondary school students in China.First of all, this study initially learned from the survey:As far as students' academic burden is concerned, the current heavy workload of first-year students is an objective existence.Students generally have too long homework hours, insufficient sleep, poor learning experience, and further education And exam pressures are high, and some students feel that their study life is unpleasant and have a sense of exhaustion in their subjective feelings;as far as participation in Private Supplementary is concerned,it is very common for junior students to participate in Private Supplementary.Participating in Private Supplementary activities, specifically, the subjects of junior high school students who participated in the training had a strong "test-taking tendency",and those who participated in mathematics and foreign language training accounted for 86.7%and 78.9%of the total, respectively. The intensity of the first-year students' participation in Private Supplementary is relatively high.Among the students attending Private Supplementary,97%of the students take part in 1-3 Private Supplementary per week. These students spend an average of at least 2-6 hours per week on Private Supplementary If you count the time required to complete the training course work, students spend at least 3-7 hours per week on training. This shows that the time and energy spent by students on Private Supplementary cannot be ignored. The impact of Private Supplementary on students' academic burden is worthy of attention from all walks of life. From the perspective of the intensity of students' participation in Private Supplementary,Private Supplementary has become a burden on students' academic work.Important source.Subsequently, this article attempts to further explore the specific impact of Private Supplementary on students' academic workload through quantitative analysis and interviews. It mainly focuses on the impact of Private Supplementary on students'extracurricular time, subjective feelings, and physical and mental health.Although the Private Supplementary has increased the student's academic burden as a whole and brought a certain negative impact to the students,it has also had a certain positive impact on some students. For some junior high school students, participation in Private Supplementary is not a This kind of burden-increasing behavior, because it helps them reduce the academic burden of school learning from a certain angle. Finally, based on the conclusions drawn from the analysis of the article, the author makes recommendations to education participants such as education departments, schools, families, and Private Supplementary institutions, etc.,so that in the process of reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students, all parties can form a joint force and collaborate efforts to reduce the academic burden of primary and secondary students.
