The lack of participation is an important practical problem in the process of community governance. How to arouse residents' subjective consciousness, improve their ability of action and construct residents' subjectivity is a problem that must be solved to solve the problem of insufficient residents' participation. The shaping and strengthening of residents' subjectivity is the foundation to expand the depth and breadth of residents' participation. From the double perspective of theory and practice, through the effective integration of consciousness cultivation, technology application, democratic consultation, interaction and cooperation and other elements,a relatively perfect mechanism of energy enhancement can be constructed. This paper takes the governance practice of Wuhan X community as the starting point,USES the research methods such as questionnaire survey method,semi-structured interview method and participatory observation method, and discusses and analyzes the way of social work intervening in the cultivation of residents' subjectivity from the perspective of "increasing energy".The study found that the complex community situation of community X requires residents to participate in governance and give full play to the subjectivity of residents, but the subjectivity of residents in community X is in a state of absence, which is mainly manifested as the lack of role cognition, the lack of intention expression and the absence of action practice.Based on the analysis of community factors and residents'own factors, the author finds that the lack of residents' willingness and ability to participate is the main reason for the lack of subjectivity of residents in X community. Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate residents' subjectivity by "increasing energy".In addition, social work has the advantages of feasibility in policy and concept, method, role and theory,so it is feasible to cultivate residents' subjectivity and promote residents' community participation through "enhancing energy".Social work involves in the cultivation of residents' subjectivity through organizing residents to carry out community activities, building community participation skills training courses, establishing residents' council and cultivating community social organizations,so as to realize the transformation of residents from unconscious to conscious and non-action.With the intervention of social work, the cultivation of residents'subjectivity has achieved remarkable results:the awareness of residents' participation in community affairs has been enhanced, the satisfaction of residents' participation has been improved, and the cultivation of residents' participation ability has taken shape. However, there are still some shortcomings in social work involving in the cultivation of residents' subjectivity, which are mainly reflected in the shallow level of residents'participation and the relatively fixed number of participants, the lack of a systematic system of residents' participation skill training, and the lack of maturity in the construction of social work talent team. Therefore,it is necessary to provide a variety of ways and channels for residents to participate in the community and establish an open system of community information, strengthen the publicity of residents'participation in voluntary service, improve the skills training and incentive mechanism, expand the sources of funds for social work institutions, and improve the institutional management system and mechanism.Through the effective integration of these measures,we can better cultivate the subjectivity of residents and promote their community participation.
