Research On The Construction Of Internal Teaching Quality Assurance System In Local Universities Under The New Concept

Chinese higher education has entered a new era,and higher education has entered a new normal stage in which quality promotion is the core to promote connotative development.It is an important means to improve the quality of personnel training to establish and perfect the internal teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities.In accordance with the spirit of the document opinions on speeding up the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training issued by the Ministry of Education,the spirit of the National Education Congress and the National Conference on undergraduate education in institutions of higher learning in the new era,carrying out the basic task of establishing morality and fostering people,sticking to the principle of being based,pushing forward the four regressions,firmly establishing the core position of undergraduate education in personnel training and the basic position of education and teaching,under the guidance of the new concept of student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement,the internal undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system of universities in the new era should be established and improved.The thesis uses literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis,empirical research,based on the theory of Total Quality Management,PDCA,Humanism teaching theory and ISO9000,analyzes and studies the current situation of teaching quality guarantee system at home and abroad,and puts forward that under the guidance of modern education and teaching concepts,the construction of internal teaching quality guarantee system in local undergraduate colleges and universities should be carried out,in order to achieve the local undergraduate colleges internal teaching quality assurance system construction and improve the role of promotion.First of all,this paper expounds the new ideas and basic principles to be followed in the construction of the internal teaching quality guarantee system in local universities,and combines the various factors that affect the quality of personnel training to control the quality of education and teaching,a new internal teaching quality guarantee system of local universities is studied and constructed,which is composed of quality management decision system,quality objective system,quality monitoring system,quality evaluation system,quality information feedback and improvement system and quality support system.Secondly,from the management system and operation mechanism,it introduces howto run the internal teaching quality guarantee system effectively.Thirdly,through the investigation and analysis of the construction of internal teaching quality assurance system in four domestic universities,summed up the four colleges and universities in the new era of internal teaching quality assurance experience and practices.Finally,taking the Northeast Petroleum University as an example,the paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of internal teaching quality assurance system in Northeast Petroleum University and analyzes the causes of the problems,puts forward some measures for the construction and perfection of the internal teaching quality guarantee system in local universities under the new concept.Through the research of this paper,the author hopes to provide reference for the construction and improvement of the internal teaching quality guarantee system in local universities under the guidance of new ideas.
