In junior middle school,the life-oriented teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law"refers to the way that teachers analyze textbook knowledge by creating life-oriented teaching scenes and using specific cases in life,in order to realize the connection between textbook knowledge and life.Life-oriented teaching can actively encourage students to participate in social life and promote students to understand theoretical knowledge more deeply.The life-oriented teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior middle school meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard which aims to help students live an active and healthy life and to be responsible citizens.It conforms to the law of the development of junior middle school students' ideology,morality and values,practices the concept of quality education,enriches and develops the teaching methods of "Ethics and Rule of Law"in junior middle school.In order to deeply understand the current situation of life-oriented teaching in the course of"Ethics and Rule of Law"in junior middle school,the empirical research method was adopted.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that schools and teachers have a high degree of recognition of the life-oriented teaching concept,so there are many attempts of life-oriented teaching.Students' demand for life-style teaching is more outstanding,and life-oriented teaching is quite attractive to them.However,there are some problems in the life-oriented teaching in the course of"Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior middle school at present,such as the lack of stable institutionalized arrangement in the school,the poor fit between the teaching resources selected by teachers and the students' actual life,the impractical situation of the life-oriented teaching created by teachers,and the difficulty for students to accurately respond to the life-oriented teaching information.In order to put forward the strategy of carrying out the life-oriented teaching effectively,this paper makes an attribution analysis of the existing problems of the school,teachers and students in the life-oriented teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law"in junior middle school.Social education value orientation and the education investment promotion to a certain extent,affected the school life of teaching,teachers' ability to deal with material board affect the quality of life of the development of teaching resources and teaching design limitations affect the effectiveness of the life-oriented teaching situation creation as well as the living environment of the structure contradiction between teachers and students influenced the students' enthusiasm to participate in the life-oriented teaching.In order to improve the life-oriented teaching effect of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,the education management department should guide the school to integrate internal and external forces to standardize the life-oriented teaching management mode.Teachers should consciously train their ability to develop curriculum resources and organize life-oriented teaching design based on actual needs.In addition,parents should also actively play their role,consciously guide students to actively participate in social life,understand life experience in the family,help students deeply participate in the life teaching.
