Development and utilization of teaching resources with the development of basic education curriculum reform,more and more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of teaching resources,people urgently realize the importance of the development and utilization of teaching resources.In recent years,more and more scholars have focused on the research about the development of the teaching quality of minority areas,among them,the characteristics of the teaching resources development and utilization of ethnic areas as a basic direction of the research,Tibetan areas in the implementation of the national curriculum,based on the development and utilization of Tibetan culture resources of physics teaching is helpful to improve teaching adaptability,promoting the all-round development of Tibetan students and physics teachers' professional development.This paper USES the methods of literature review,student questionnaire survey,teacher questionnaire survey and teacher interview to study the development and utilization of Tibetan culture-based physics teaching resources in Lhasa,Tibet,including the following two aspects.First,through literature review and sorting,and collate and analyze the literature related to the development and utilization of physics teaching resources,in order to find the direction and relevant theoretical basis for the development and utilization of physics teaching resources based on Tibetan culture.secondly it is through the student questionnaire,teacher questionnaire,interview to physics teaching based on Tibetan culture resources development and utilization of Lhasa in Tibet present situation investigation,analysis based on the development and utilization of Tibetan culture problems existing in the process of physics teaching resources,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,and designs the three cases with Tibetan culture characteristics of physics teaching resources.Development and utilization of the research results show that based on Tibetan culture is the main problems existing in the process of physics teaching resources development and utilization of physics teachers of physics teaching resources ability insufficiency,the exploitation and utilization of consciousness is not strong,difficult to development and utilization of high demand,the development and utilization of related issues,to solve these problems,the author put forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions: 1.The establishment of physical teaching database,effectively achieve the sharing of teaching resources;2.Strengthen the training of Xizang physics teachers in the development and utilization of physics teaching resources;3.Organize Xizang physics teachers to carry out regular discussions on physics teaching resources;4.Change the traditional teaching concept and improve the awareness of development and utilization;5.Let students become hands-on practitioners in the development and utilization of physics teaching resources;6.Improve teachers' professional quality,develop and utilize physics teaching resources;7.Physics teachers should learn to analyze and collect teaching resources related to the teaching content.Finally,according to the research process of this paper,and with the development of the research,the shortcomings of this paper are reflected.
