Demand Analysis For Provincial-level Special Training Of P.E.Teachers Class For Juvenile Campus Football In Hunan Province

With the vigorous development of campus football,the "four beams and eight pillars" of campus football have been basically completed and started to pay attention to the connotation and quality improvement.On the other hand,as a bottleneck restricting the popularization and development of campus football,the shortage of campus football teachers has been attracting much attention.Strengthening teacher training and solving bottleneck problems are the key to the development of campus football.As the first step of a complete training system,it is particularly important to analyze the needs of campus football teacher training.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,field survey method of hunan youth campus football special training class present situation and the demand of PE teachers at the provincial level to investigate,draw lessons from OTP training demand analysis model for in-depth and detailed analysis,to improve and promote youth campus of hunan province football special class of training physical education teachers at the provincial level development put forward feasible Suggestions.The overall explanation is as follows:(1)Starting from the organization of training,training process,training objectives,organizational form,training content and other aspects,a more detailed investigation of the current situation of the development of physical education teacher classes.(2)Through task analysis,it is found that the task of the participating teachers is football teaching and guidance,that is,football class teaching,football team training and football competition activities guidance.In order to complete these tasks,not only the general ability of physical education teachers,but also the special teaching and guidance ability of football are required.(3)The level of football specific teaching and guidance ability of participating teachers is related to their football specific learning experience.Some teachers' football specific learning experience is inconsistent with their actual ability.On the whole,the teaching and guidance ability of participating teachers is uneven.In the special football teaching and guidance work,the main difficulties encountered by participating teachers are the large number of classes,the shortage of teaching sites,the lack of advanced football teaching and training concepts and methods,the lack of adequate support from some students' parents for the organization of football training by teachers,and the still shortage of football teachers in schools.Teachers have positive motivation to participate in the training,but the limited number of training places,the contradictions between work and study and the contradictions between school and rest affect the teachers' participation in the training of PE teachers.(4)For PE teacher classes,the training content needs of participating teachers mainly include strengthening the understanding of football textbooks,improving special skills,learning the spirit of campus football documents and policies,and popularizing more interesting and easy to operate football practice methods.It is believed that the most needed improvement in current training is the stratification of classes and the follow-up guidance after training.(5)Combined with the analysis results of the three levels of organization-task-personnel,it is found that the current lack of training for physical education teachers is mainly due to the lack of tracking guidance and management after training,unreasonable hierarchical classification,and the difficulty of training places to further meet the needs of alleviating the shortage of teachers The digitalization of the information system is not high,and the coordination of training and operation mechanisms is insufficient.
