Language is not only the carrier of human communication,but also an important medium in the process of teachers' teaching.To some extent,teachers' language can be a means to encourage students' progress;but to another extent,it can also be a means to stifle students' development,the key is the teacher how to choose."A good word is warm in three winters,and a vicious word is cold in June".Language can be a good medicine to comfort people's hearts,or a sharp knife to hurt people invisibly.In recent years,the word "language violence" is not uncommon,whether on the Internet or in reality,there are a lot of reports on it.The harm caused by language violence is persistent and hidden,which is much more serious than the physical harm.However,in the school,which is supposed to teach and educate student,there is also the phenomenon of "language violence".Teacher's language violence refers to the speech act that teachers attack students' personality with inappropriate words on the premise of failing to achieve the educational purpose,so that students with low psychological endurance are hurt.In our country,there have been many relevant laws and regulations,on the school staff should not implement corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment or other speech acts insulting human dignity.With the gradual improvement of the legal system of education,the explicit corporal punishment of students by teachers has been explicitly prohibited,but it also shows some drawbacks increasingly.Teachers dare notto corporal punishment of students who violate the rules,which leads to the situation that they dare not manage.As a result,the disguised corporal punishment of language violence began to run rampant.At the national two sessions in 2019,Zhou Hongyu,the deputy of the National People's Congress,proposed that "Teachers Law" should clearly state that teachers have the right of education punishment.In June of the same year,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "opinions on deepening the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of compulsory education in an all-round way",which also explicitly raised the issue of teachers' punishment right for the first time,and required the formulation of implementation rules.On November22,2019,the Ministry of Education put forward the "rules for the implementation of education punishment by primary and secondary school teachers(Draft for comments)",which once again clarified the implementation rules of teacher punishment power and punishment.This opinion is undoubtedly a progress,which can not only correct students' wrong behaviors in an appropriate way,but also effectively curb teachers' language violence.But for specific disciplinary behavior,in addition to the implementation of the rules of punishment,we should also consider comprehensively,such as the physical and psychological quality of the punished person and the particularity of the environment.If the punishment is excessive,it will easily become corporal punishment,which violates the compulsory education law.Whether teachers' language violence belongs to education punishment,and whether there is a relationship between education punishment and "language violence",this paper will define it.Primary school students are in the best period of physical and mental development,which needs people's guidance,and teachers are their initiators.If teachers' language violence exists for a long time,it has a long-term and various impact on primary school students,so it is worth exploring the phenomenon of teachers' language violence.Specifically,this study mainly includes the following parts:Part 1:Definition of concepts.On the basis of consulting literature related to teacher language violence,the core concepts of this article are defined.Part ?: Status survey.This article uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the language violence of a primary school teacher in Sichuan Province.The author takes students in grades 3-6 as a survey object and conducts informal interviews with 10 teachers.Through the investigation of the school,understand the current situation of language violence of teachers in the school.This paper analyzes the data from four dimensions: the status of teacher-student relationship,the performance of teacher language violence,the teacher's education method,the physical and mental condition of the pupils,and students' tolerance.Part ?: Analysis of the reasons.Through questionnaires and interviews to find the causes of language violence of teachers.After analysis,mainly from the teacher factor and non-teacher factor analyze the reasons.Part ?: Propose strategies.According to the analysis reasons,put forward the countermeasures against the school's language violence.The main countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: the construction of educational and cultural atmosphere;the guarantee of relevant systems;and the implementation of relevant practical work.Part ?: Conclusion.This article puts forward the conclusions of the research on teachers' language violence and reflects on the deficiencies of this research.
