| Education is an important part of the civilization, and modern education is the main content of modern civilization. However, when the respect for life has been seen as the theme of education, the education of China has no respect for life even hurts life. Mental violence is relative to the physically. Although it does not directly point to the body of children, it is a kind of punishment for heart. It largely reflected in the teachers'misconduct. Mental violence is the lack of education humanitarian. In order to make the society, parents and school should pay attention to the damage of violence to the students, make the teachers regulate their own behavior and improve the education mode, let the students grow in the harmonious and healthy environment, the author thinks that it is very important practical significance to study the problem.On the basis of referring substantial literature, the article launches the elaboration around the subject. The full text divides into four parts. The first part is to define the basic concepts and the summary to the literature, establishing the research foundation and understanding the present situation of the research.The second part is to divide the form of mental violence from different angles, including each specific form, and on this basis conclude the harm of the spirit violence from the macroscopic and microscopic view.The third part is to analyze the causes of spirit violence respectively from the cultural aspects, roles aspects, legal aspects, moral aspects and psychological aspects. Cultural aspects mainly include the ingrained influence of the teacher-student view and in the absence of rationalism in traditional culture. Roles aspects contains teachers maintain their authority; teachers have been influenced by traditional education; teachers'education mode is undeserved; teachers burnout; teachers exist the serious ideas of utilitarianism. The legal reason is the teachers'consciousness and the education regulations lack of subsidiary provision. Moral aspects is mainly caused by the teachers'emotional bias excessively and teachers'professional moral failing. Psychological reason is the teacher's poor mental health and character.The fourth part is the key and difficulties of the study. It puts forward six countermeasures that include training the teachers'rational spirit, advocating rational education, changing the traditional teachers'ideas, strengthening teachers'professional ethics, improving teachers'work environment, caring teacher's mental heath, strengthening the legal system for teachers and establishing protection management of the school system to minor student's rights. I hope that it could maximize to reduce the frequency of mental violence.Finally, this paper attached some real cases and every case is analyzed. It is a highlight also forceful argument. |
