Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Introducing Social Forces Into Public Psychological Services

Building the system of public psychological services is an important strategic measure proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 19 th Party Congress to strengthen and innovate social governance.In the era background of China's continuous comprehensive deepening of reforms,with the transformation of government functions and the acceleration of social change,it is of far-reaching significance to introduce social forces to provide services in public psychological services for meeting people's spiritual needs,improving the mental health of the entire society,and accelerating the advancement of the modernization of social governance.This article mainly defines the basic concepts of public psychological services and social forces,and systematically analyzes the basic relationships and basic characteristics between public psychological services and social forces,and also clarify the necessity and feasibility of introducing social forces to social and psychological services.The introduction of social forces to social and psychological services is not only conducive to the development of public psychological services,but also to the development of social forces themselves.The theoretical basis provided by related disciplines,the policy guarantee by the CCP and government and the abundant resources provided by social forces have created the possibility of introducing social forces to public psychological services.Based on the above theoretical explanations,this article conducts an investigation and research on the current situation of the introduction of social forces in China's social and psychological services,and has a clearer understanding of the main personnel and methods of introducing social forces,which has achieved the staged results that are full coverage of the service area and the comprehensive content of services.But there are also prominent issues such as low public acceptance of the introduction of social forces,insufficient resources,and inadequate mechanisms.And this article analyze the reasons from the perspective of cognition,government support,and services platform,and industry development.Under the premise of the prominent problems faced by the introduction of social forces to public psychological services and the attribution analysis,the effective measures to introduce the social forces of public psychological services in China are mainly explored.From the aspects including increasing the government's multi-dimensional support for social forces on publicity,training,and purchase,etc.,integrating the software and hardware resources of social forces,making use of online and offline channels,and improving the work,supervision,and assessment mechanisms to research long-term approaches to better introduce social forces into the public psychological services.
