Experiential teaching conforms to the requirements of the concept of "new curriculum reform",pays attention to the existing knowledge and experience of students,and emphasizes the generative nature of courses,which is conducive to promoting the overall development of students.In view of this,this paper combines the author's teaching practice experience to start with the analysis of specific teaching cases,combined with classroom observation and interviews with other political teachers to summarize the problems,analyze the causes,and propose solutions.In the combination of theory and practice,it specifically expounds the feasibility of Experiential Teaching Applied in high school ideological and political classroom,in order to enhance the teaching efficiency of front-line teachers Results to provide reference.This paper takes the high school students' business trip in economic life as an example,through explaining the application scope,design ideas,implementation skills,teaching application,students' feedback and teachers' reflection of this teaching case,presents the whole process of the application of experiential teaching in the high school ideological and political class and finds problems,and combines with the relevant literature,observation and interviews with other contents The front-line political teachers summarize the problems in the application of experiential teaching in high school ideological and political courses,mainly including the following three aspects: first,the length of class hours is limited,and it is difficult to balance the experience and theoretical teaching;second,the lack of full participation,forming a fixed group;third,the situation setting is divorced from students' life and cognitive level.To analyze the causes of the above problems,it mainly analyzes from the following three aspects: first,the constraints of the exam oriented education mode of "college entrance examination";second,the lack of institutional support for the implementation of experiential teaching;third,the lack of scientific methods and ability support for the teaching participants.Based on the above-mentioned causes,this paper puts forward solutions,which are mainly from two aspects: school and teaching participants,including school leaders,teachers and students.First,school leaders should improve relevant systems;second,teachers should improve their own professional quality;third,students should strengthen self-education and development.Through each subject to implement the solution strategy to promote the application of experiential teaching in high school ideological and political courses,enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education,and promote the overall development of students.
