As a subject that pays equal attention to both knowledge and moral education,the teaching of high school ideological and Political Education must keep pace with the times,respond positively to the new national curriculum standards,and at the same time accomplish the goal of knowledge teaching,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,emotion,attitude and values,realize the three-dimensional goal of teaching,and lay the foundation of students' ability and ideology and morality for their lifelong development.Under the new curriculum reform and the ideological and political teaching development,the experience teaching emerges as the Times require,and is gradually applied and popularized in the first-line ideological and political teaching.At present,scholars and teachers at home and abroad have different definitions of experiential teaching,generally speaking,experiential teaching is a kind of teaching method,teaching view,teaching theory or teaching mode to achieve the teaching aim of ideological and political course or ideological and moral course and improve the teaching effect.It is worth noting that most of the scholars're search mainly focuses on the theoretical analysis stage of experiential teaching,and mainly on the ideological and moral character of junior middle school,there is little research on the design and analysis of the concrete experience teaching and classroom practice of politics in senior high school,which is also the purpose and significance of this paper.In view of this,this paper is divided into five parts,the specific research ideas are as follows.The first part is the theoretical definition of the experience teaching,including the concept definition of the experience teaching and the experience teaching of the ideological and political course in senior high school,the characteristics of the experience teaching,the theoretical support and the value significance of the application,etc.,in order to get a more comprehensive understanding of experiential teaching.The second part is the core part of this paper,based on the research of experiential teaching,the second compulsory unit of Senior High School Politics(2019 new edition),the fourth lesson,the second frame,the first item;Various Social Security;as an example,the design and implementation of a complete experiential teaching.The third part is the implementation of experiential teaching design for reflection,analysis of the problems and reasons.The problems mainly include four aspects,that is,the experience teaching design is superficial,does not combine the teaching content and the goal deeply,the experience link is complicated,overemphasizes the classroom surface form,the experience teaching time is difficult to grasp,affects the teaching schedule;Good classroom order is difficult to maintain,affect the teaching effect and so on.According to the analysis of the problems,the main reasons are as follows:teachers have less research on experiential teaching and lack of knowledge;teachers'classroom control ability needs to be improved;students'self-cognition and practice ability are insufficient;Ideological and political lesson time limit and applicability limit.The fourth part,according to the reflection and the reason analysis,and combined with the own practice experience and the experience in the education practice,has proposed the optimized experience teaching in the high school thought political lesson teaching design and the concrete implementation application strategy,it includes that teachers should strengthen the research of experiencing teaching,improve their understanding,enhance their ability of experiencing class teaching,be good at reflecting and summarizing,guide the students,and perfect the evaluation mechanism of experiencing teaching.The fifth part,in the epilogue part,summarizes the contents of this article,the author still has the insufficiency to the experience teaching research,after walks on the teacher post,will continue to study the experience teaching,to further enrich the high school ideological and political lessons in the application of experiential teaching method of theoretical research and promote classroom practice.
