Mongolia is a country in central Asia. Before the victory of the Mongolian revolution in 1921,the country was under the rule of Russia.During this period, there were no formal schools in Mongolia, only private schools, social organizations and other schools that only provided training for the aristocratic class. However, the only way for people to receive education was through family teaching and religious dissemination. This led to the illiteracy rate in Mongolia reaching 99.1%,making Mongolia one of the countries with the highest illiteracy rate in the world at that time. After the victory of the Mongolian revolution in 1921,a temporary constitutional monarchy was established. In 1924,the constitutional monarchy was abolished and replaced by the Mongolian People's Republic.Since then, the Mongolian government has begun to attach importance to the development of national education and gradually establish and perfect education systems at all levels by drawing lessons from the development path of the Soviet Union's education system. After nearly a century of development,Mongolia's education penetration rate has been significantly improved, with nearly one third of the population receiving education.Mongolia's teacher education is rising and developing with Mongolia's education system. Before 1921,Mongolia had no formal schools and naturally no professional teacher training. In 1921,after the success of the Mongolian revolution, the first primary school was opened. At that time, the lack of professional teachers in Mongolia greatly restricted the development and improvement of its education system. Therefore, the Mongolian government adopted a series of measures to strengthen the construction of teachers' team, and Mongolia's teacher education has since begun. This paper summarizes the development process, current situation and characteristics of Mongolia's normal education, and analyzes the existing problems in its current normal education system.Through the analysis of its formation background and influencing factors, the paper identifies the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward corresponding improvement measures based on relevant theoretical research results and practical experience.
