Case Intervention Study On Alleviation Of The Competitive Anxiety Of Siblings

With the release of the two-child policy,the family structure has changed accordingly,and new problems have followed.The second child's birth has an obvious impact on the first-born in the family.Most of the first-born children may have a series of psychological and behavioral problems due to their difficulty in adapting to the changes in the family structure.Among them the influence of psychological problem is particularly obvious.Anxiety is one of the main forms of psychological problems of the older children in the second child family.In this study,with the assistance and cooperation of D institution,social work will be designed and implemented to intervene in the research of sibling competition anxiety,and the professional concept,methods and skills of social work will be applied to provide services for the service object.This paper mainly use the theories of "person-in-situation",Humanistic theory to provide services for service objects and their families with the competitive anxiety of siblings.After the completion of the service,the service preparation stage,direct intervention stage,indirect intervention stage,the professional level of the staff in the consolidation and development stage,the participation of the service object,the satisfaction degree,the scale measurement and the achievement degree of the goal were evaluated.Finally,the paper summarizes and reflects on the strategies and modes of case work in the competitive anxiety of siblings.In this study,when summarizing and reflecting on the specific strategies for social work to intervene in the competitive anxiety of siblings,it is believed that to help service objects release their own pressure reasonably,it is necessary to pay attention to give certain encouragement to service objects,increase the confidence of service objects to change,and realize that change is a long-term process,which requires certain patience.In the future,the intervention strategy can support the development of multiple ways,and strengthen follow-up work and continuous mental health education.At the same time,when the psychosocial treatment mode is involved in the competitive anxiety of siblings,it is concluded that the psychosocial treatment mode is suitable for the competitive anxiety of siblings.However,when the psychosocial treatment mode is used,the ability and subjectivity of the service object should be paid attention to.
