With the enhancement of China's comprehensive strength,it plays an increasingly important role in international affairs and regional exchanges,especially the proposal of "Belt and Road" initiative in recent years,and the ties and exchanges between China and the vast number of Asian,African and Latin American countries and regions are becoming closer and closer.In 2013,the Ministry of Education proposed a revised plan for the curriculum of general high schools,and in 2017,the History Curriculum Standard for General High Schools(2017 Edition)was introduced,and on this basis,the Ministry of Education has unified the compilation of two new compulsory textbooks for senior high school history,Outline of Chinese and Foreign History.Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(part 2)mainly covers the content of world history,and it gives more attention to the long-neglected history of Asia,Africa and Latin America in the past.First of all,this paper analyzes the background of the compilation of the contents of the Asian,African and Latin American history in the unified edition of the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(part 2),including the analysis of the distribution of the contents of the current four editions of senior high school history textbooks,the reform of the examination enrollment system by the Ministry of Education,and the interpretation of the 2017 edition of history curriculum standards to understand the specific requirements of the new curriculum for the history of Asia,Africa and Latin America;Secondly,the main part of this paper,from the three dimensions of national formation and political development,economic situation,civilization and culture in the Asian-African and Latin American region,the relevant contents of the Asian-African and Latin American history in the textbook are comprehensively analyzed;Thirdly,review the contents of Asian,African and Latin American history in the textbook and interpret the characteristics of its whole content.There are following characteristics in the distribution of the textbook: occupying a large amount of space,focusing on political history,and setting a large number of historical illustrations.Finally,taking the specific lesson 13 " Asian-African and Latin American Independent Movement " as an example,the teaching design analysis is carried out,and several suggestions for the teaching of Asian-African and Latin American history in senior high school history are put forward in order to help the practical teaching of middle school history.
