The core subject literacy concept in 2014 by the Ministry of education "on the implementation of the curriculum reform to deepen the fundamental task LideShuren opinions" was first proposed,which is essentially a part of quality education,but also the direction of teaching reform.In high school ideological and political curriculum,the implementation of core literacy teaching is of great significance for improving the comprehensive quality of students and undertaking the political course teaching at junior high school and college level.The thesis is divided into the following six main parts.First of all,the introduction,the paper explains the background of the research,the research status,the research method and the research object.The structure and main contents of the paper are set up.Secondly,the core competence theory of high school ideological and political discipline is outlined,mainly including the theoretical concepts of literacy,core literacy and core literacy.Then,based on the concept,the relationship between core competencies and contents is explained.From the subjective analysis of the core literacy of Ideological and political disciplines in practical teaching will encounter several problems.From the multiple dimensions of students,teachers,educational system and evaluation system,we have recognized the difficulties of discipline core literacy in practice,and analyzed the causes of them respectively.Conducted a questionnaire survey on the ideological and political teachers in high school,from many aspects to understand the current situation of high school teachers for understanding the ideological core of political science literacy and ideological and political discipline,and can reflect the main problems of literacy teaching objectives as subject core will encounter from the side.In the fifth chapter,the problems analyzed in the first two chapters are answered,and the cultivation path of the core literacy of the ideological and political discipline is explained.The first is the adjustment of the teaching content,then the adjustment of the evaluation system,and finally the improvement of teachers' own level and teaching methods.
