Study On The Coordinated Development Of FEEEP Of Jiangsu Province

The concept of "Sustainable Development" denied the traditional concept of development,it is a rational leap through painful reflection on the human development concept.The concept of "Sustainable Development" has become the work program of China,coordinated development of FEEEP is the key point of sustainable development.It is more significant to study sustainable development in a regin.Only when "Sustainable Development" become the goal of rational behavior at all levels of local governnment,local government and the masses carry out the strategy of "Sustainable Development",in order to effectively carry out coordinated development of FEEEP.Jiangsu Province as the largest economic province of China,has a bounden duty in implementing the policy aspects of national sustainable development strategies,but when Jiangsu developed economic quickly,the environment was destroyed.This paper studied coordinated development of food-Energy-Economy-Environment-population of Jiangsu Province is to achieve sustainable development of Jiangsu Province.This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,applying the partial least squares(PLS)and regression analysis to the coordinated development of FEEEP.Firstly,the paper uses descriptive statistical method to analyze the current situation of each subsystem during 1990 to 2013,and get the development trend of some indicators of each subsystem of FEEEP,and then constructs the index system of FEEEP,introduces the partial least squares(PLS)path model,using the method to study coordination levels of each subsystem and comprehensive conditions of FEEEP,to reveal the each subsystem internal coordination development level as well as the trend of development of the comprehensive coordination.Then the paper combines the method of fuzzy mathematics with regression method to calculate the degree of coordination between systems,and analyzes the coordination between systems in Jiangsu,reveals the reasons of the change of the coordination degree of system.According to the calculation results and analysis,this article from the agriculture,energy,economy,environment and population puts forward suggestions to improve the coordination degree of FEEEP system of Jiangsu province.
