With the development of higher education towards the stage of popularization,China's higher education system is constantly improved.It's reflected both in the increasing filling of higher education types and the increasingly sound higher education level.The emergence of applied undergraduate university is not only driven by the external forces of the international community,but also the objective needs of the endogenous development of higher education.It is the inevitable outcome of the popularization stage of higher education,occupying a large share in the whole higher education system,and its quality is related to the overall quality of higher education.The function of university has changed constantly according to its constant development,but talent training is its foundation all the way and should not be ignored.The research on teaching cultivation models is an important issue related to the construction quality of applied undergraduate university,which has a particularly positive significance.With the slogan of constructing applied university,many universities around the country have begun to respond to the call of transformed development,and put forward the development strategy of transforming.In order to explore the development path,Chongqing has established the transformed development alliance of applied universities.Through various efforts,some universities have achieved the transformation from some parts of disciplines to majors and to the whole school finally,with fruitful results in the transformation and development process.However,a series of problems have emergedin the process of practical constructing of teaching cultivation models among some applied undergraduate universities,such as the poor agreement between the concept of transformed development and the concept of teaching cultivation,the overwhelming emphasis on the applied feature of university while ignoring the mission of talent training,the inadequate utilization of regional resources,the unreasonable selection and assessment mechanism and so on.All these outstanding problems have brought several challenges to the development of teaching cultivation models in applied undergraduate university.The research is mainly carried out from the following four parts: the first part stars from the basis and significance of reforming teaching cultivation models in applied university,and analyzes the regular difficulties faced by the teaching cultivation model reform of applied undergraduate university based on the current development status of applied undergraduate university in Chongqing.The second part is a case study which aims to study the teaching cultivation model of C University.Through interviews with some leaders and teachers who are in charge of teaching cultivation work in the university,the research has summarized the reform strategies of C University and has analyzed its experience and the practical difficulties it's faced.The third part is a satisfaction survey which is carried out to the students of C University.Through the preparation and distribution of the questionnaire and by using SPSS 23 data analysis software,the research has gotten some information about the quality of teaching cultivation in this university and has analyzed the advantages and shortcomings in the process of reforming.The fourth part has provided some enlightenment and references on the basis of the three parts above.The research holds the opinion that the path of teaching cultivation model reform of applied undergraduate university should start from the concept,content and methods in order to strong the foundation of ideology,improve system guarantee,construct the bridge of curriculum and innovate the practice platform.At the same time,the research has pointed out some practical measures such as we can enhance the awareness of service of applied undergraduate university by adhering to the concept of serving for students,society and industry;we can improve the adaptability of teaching content of applied undergraduate university by establishing applied curriculum alliance,adjusting the proportion of curriculum setting,reasonably setting curriculum time,updating and optimizing professional courses in time;we can promote practicalteaching by making clear the importance of local government,making full use of the resources and advantages of region and university and integrating and innovating cultivation methods;we can create a health atmosphere for teaching cultivation by making efforts to the culture construction of applied undergraduate university and so on.All these strategies are provided in order to reflect some significant enlightenment and references for the teaching cultivation model reform of applied undergraduate university in Chongqing.
