a new level.The construction of a strong sports country is the embodiment of the people's good life and the building of a modern sports power in the country.Rural sports is the key to building a modern sports power.In order to respond to the rural revitalization and meet the people's needs for a better life,both the "Sports Poverty Alleviation Project" in 2018 and the "Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Country for Sports" in 2018 reflect the need to focus on the convenience of the people and benefit the people,and do a good job of the "six sides" "The construction of the project will promote the basic public sports services to be tilted towards the countryside.In particular,the "Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Sports Country" further pointed out that we must fully promote the in-depth integration of national fitness and national health.By 2035,the per capita stadium floor will be 2.5M2,and the number of people who exercise regularly will reach more than 630 million.By 2050,the socialist modernization will be fully completed Sports powerhouse.Therefore,find the influencing factors of multidimensional poverty in rural sports,solve the poverty problem of rural sports,build beautiful and livable villages,characteristic sports and leisure towns,idyllic scenic spots and explore the development of rural fitness and leisure industries,build sports and leisure characteristic villages,and realize rural sports It is an important reason for this research to contribute to rural poverty alleviation and contribute to rural sports for decisive battles and rural revitalization.In this study,literature research methods,field visits,data analysis and other research methods were used to conduct field surveys on 11 administrative villages and 1community in Longfeng Town.On the basis of Sen-based multidimensional poverty theory,using the AF multidimensional poverty measurement method,following the data availability characteristics and the principles of authenticity and reliability,finally selected 25 indicators of 11 dimensions such as income and sports facilities.The farmer households identify and sum up the multi-dimensional poverty influencing factors of the sports to the villagers through the household survey,and calculate the multi-dimensional poverty incidence rate,poverty intensity,multi-dimensional poverty index and povertycontribution rate of sports in Longfeng Town.The research results show that:(1)From the perspective of the incidence of single-dimensional poverty,sports policies(97.7%),guiding measures(100%),sports instructors(82.6%),farmers' games(78.8%),sports consumption quotas(72%),Sports natural resource endowment(72%),sports social resource endowment(69.7%)and other single-dimensional poverty incidence rate is extremely high,is the main factor affecting the town's sports poverty.(2)According to the multidimensional poverty measurement results of the survey sample,95.5% of the farmers in the sample are in the state of multidimensional poverty in sports,and 75.8%of the farmers are in the state of severe multidimensional poverty in sports;the sample has at least 6 of the 25 selected indicators The poverty index is 100%;when K≥ 8,sports multidimensional poverty occurs,there are 127 multidimensional poverty individuals in the sample,the multidimensional poverty incidence rate is 96.2%,the poverty intensity is 62.0%,and the multidimensional poverty index is 0.597;When K≥13 means that there is severe multidimensional poverty in sports,there are 100 severely poor individuals in the sample,the poverty incidence rate is 75.8%,the poverty intensity is 67.8%,and the multidimensional poverty index is 0.514.With the increase of the poverty threshold(K),the incidence of poverty and the degree of multidimensional poverty gradually decrease,but the intensity of poverty is increasing.(3)From the perspective of the decomposition of multidimensional poverty-stricken areas,when K = 8,the sports multidimensional poverty contribution rate of Longfeng community is 0.059,and the administrative village sports multidimensional poverty contribution rate is 0.538;when K = 13,Longfeng community sports multidimensional poverty contribution rate The poverty contribution rate is 0.051,the sports multidimensional poverty contribution rate of the administrative village is 0.463,and the poverty level of the administrative village is higher than that of the community.(4)According to the index decomposition of multidimensional poverty influencing factors,by comparing the contribution rates of various indicators to multidimensional poverty when different K values,when K = 8,the highest index contribution rate is the sports consumption and education level of farmers.10.96% and 9.23% respectively,followed by sports guidance measures and sports policies;when K = 13,the highest index contribution rate is sports consumption,education level,guidance measures,sports policies,sports volunteers and sports instructors,etc.,Respectively,12.73%,10.72%,8.84%,8.64%,7.37%,7.30%.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Sports consumption has become the primary factor restricting the multidimensional poverty of sports in the town.(2)Theeducation level of the working population in the town is low,and the tolerance for sports is not high;(3)The implementation of the sports policy and the guidance measures of the town are not well implemented;(4)The construction of the township sports talent system is not perfect.The local sports elite training is not strong enough,social sports instructors and volunteer services and other foreign aids are relatively lacking;(5)The construction of rural sports cultural fortresses lags behind,the construction of sports atmosphere is not strong,and the development rate of sports skills training,farmers games and other cultural and sports activities is extremely low;(6)The spatial difference in the laying of sports facilities is more obvious,the coverage is not wide,the number of facilities is small,the categories are not many,and the maintenance and management are not in place;(7)The number of people participating in sports has increased,but the frequency of sports and activity time are more Less;(8)Insufficient endowment of sports geographic resources,sports natural resources have not been reasonably developed and effectively used,and social sports resources investment is insufficient.Regarding the research on the factors affecting the multidimensional poverty of sports in Longfeng Town,this study proposes the following policy recommendations:(1)Strengthen the deep integration of sports consumption and sports fitness,and actively guide and encourage villagers to participate in sports consumption;(2)Pay attention to the improvement of the education of the labor force and alleviate the ability Poverty;(3)Strengthen the implementation of sports policy and publicity of guiding measures in various administrative villages to form a synergy of policies to improve the quality of the sports social environment;(4)Support the cultivation of rural sports elites and assist the construction of rural talents;(5)Build a strong village Sports culture bastion,rooting the foundation of rural sports culture,helping the construction of advanced rural cultural systems;(6)Strengthening the spatial planning and layout of facilities,enriching sports facilities,and helping the construction of rural public infrastructure;(7)Comprehensive governance,expanding the scale of rural sports population;(8)Create sports projects with rural characteristics,gather people's hearts,and help rural revitalization. |
