A Research On The Optimization Of The Talent Policy Of Zhengzhou Airport Zone

Under the background of the current development of industrial clusters,industrial clusters drive the regional economic growth,and also make the region gather a large number of talents in the corresponding fields.Talents are the core of modern competition.In the continuous development and optimization of market economy,the factors that can flow freely in the market,such as material,capital,technology,etc.,have gradually expanded to the free flow of talents.The society has also widely recognized that talent agglomeration can promote the sustainable and efficient development of society,science and technology,economy,etc.In recent years,Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone(hereinafter referred to as Zhengzhou airport zone)is the industrial development highland of Henan Province and even the central region.The development of industrial agglomeration has greatly promoted the leaping growth of local economy.However,the lack of high-quality and high-level professional talents has become a stumbling block to restrict the industrial further development.Therefore,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to study the talents gathering in Zhengzhou airport area and to explore the optimization of talents policy.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current talent policy of Zhengzhou airport,summarizes the achievements of talent policy in promoting relevant talent aggregation,and extracts good experience and practices.Secondly,it analyzes the problems in the implementation of talent policy and the causes of the problems,and uses literature research,case analysis and field research methods to analyze the high-end of Zhengzhou airport.Finally,through the use of policy analysis methods and policy innovation ideas,from the perspective of public management,this paper puts forward proposals for the optimization of talent policy in Zhengzhou airport area,so as to improve the quality and quantity of talent resources in Zhengzhou airport area.Through the research,it is concluded that the government should pay attention to the scientificity and systematization of policy making,the innovation and fairness of policy content,the strength of policy implementation,and the establishment of strict evaluation mechanism so as to optimize the talent policy system of Zhengzhou airport,and provide the inexhaustible talent support and intellectual support for building China's aviation metropolis.
