For the 21 st century,the Chinese people's material life level greatly improved,people accept education trend began to render upwards;water flows downwards evil circulation mode,this kind of phenomenon seriously violated the education fair,lead to urban school brought together a group of outstanding teachers,but present a serious lack of rural school outstanding teachers resources situation based on Y county urban and rural teachers exchange in-depth investigation,and a deeper understanding to the teacher in the process of the communication problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures This has certain guiding significance for the relevant departments in Y county,so that the relevant departments can respond to the specific situation and realize the balanced development of educational resources faster.The questionnaire is divided into five parts.First,the basic information of teachers participating in the exchange;The second is to exchange teachers' understanding of urban-rural exchanges,which can be divided into three dimensions: policy role and significance.Third,teachers' participation in urban and rural communication before and after contrast,divided into job salary and three dimensions of teachers' professional development,teachers' professional development is based on teachers' core quality to carry on the design,option contains the four core qualities of teachers,for understanding of teachers' professional development before and after the communication problem has important meaning of study;Fourth,the specific implementation of the exchanges between urban and rural teachers.The first dimension is the degree of policy implementation,and the second dimension is the degree of school cooperation.The interview survey includes three aspects: first,the basic situation of the exchanges between urban and rural teachers in Y county;second,the specific implementation of the exchanges between urban and rural teachers in Y county;third,the achievements and Suggestions of the exchanges between urban and rural teachers.Y county primary school teachers in urban and rural areas of exchange policy is in full swing,but there are some deficiencies,for example,policy implementation does not reach the designated position,men are less in the process of communication,most teachers communicate enthusiasm is not high and for the purpose of promotion,theirresponsibility consciousness is weak,cannot treat communication this thing which can lead to serious right cannot play their part in communication school.Government school departments at all levels should do a good job in the ideological work of older teachers to prevent their mental slack and stop learning.We will carry out a variety of teacher skill competitions to improve teachers' enthusiasm and initiative in learning and accepting new things,so as to turn teachers,an educational resource,into a pool of living water and promote exchanges between urban and rural areas.To appropriately extend the years of exchanges between urban and rural teachers,so that exchange teachers can work in their posts,design teaching programs suitable for local students according to local conditions,improve the teaching level of the school,and do their best to promote the development of the school.Teachers from towns to counties should be good at learning,diligent in reflection,and constantly learn new knowledge and skills,so as to make better contributions to their schools and to the balanced development of educational resources.To realize the balanced development of educational resources in the county.
