With the rapid development of China's socialist modernization and the promulgation and implementation of the National Guidelines for College Physical Education Curriculum,more and more new sports events have been introduced into college physical education curriculum.Cheerleading is popular among college students because of its unique fitness and fashion characteristics.It is widely carried out in the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities.However,due to the great differences among students,it is difficult to achieve ideal teaching results in the teaching of Cheerleading in Colleges and universities.Therefore,how to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students' sports participation,and how to maximize the teaching quality and effect of physical education courses have become the focus of attention of many educational experts and scholars.In this study,literature,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods were used to study 65 elective students of Cheerleading course in2017 grade of Hubei Institute of Technology,including 33 students in the experimental group and 32 students in the control group.In the course of the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental group were taught in accordance with the hierarchical cooperative teaching mode,while the students in the control group were taught in accordance with the conventional teaching mode.Before and after the experiment,the physical qualities,sports skills and students' psychological conditions required by the two groups of students were studied.Comparing and analyzing with the course feedback and other aspects,this paper explores the difference of the teaching effect of students' cheerleading under the two teaching modes.The results are as follows:(1)In the aspect of physical quality required by cheerleading,the application of hierarchical cooperative teaching method can improve students' speed,endurance,strength and flexibility more effectively than the use of conventional teaching method.(2)In the aspect of the deduction of the various indicators of Cheerleading skills,in the process of Cheerleading teaching,the application of hierarchical cooperative teaching method can effectively reduce the deduction of five aspects: the integrity of the complete set of Cheerleading actions,the sense of music rhythm,the expressive force,the standard of action and the forgetting action.(3)Judging from the number of students at all stages of the Cheerleading Technical Assessment,the application of hierarchical cooperative teaching can effectively improve the number of students at the "excellent" and "good" levels of Cheerleading Technical Assessment,control the number of students at the "general" and "pass" levels,and reduce the number of students at the "fail" level.(4)Layered cooperative teaching method in cheerleading teaching can effectively improve students' sense of cooperation,learning motivation,learning interest and self-confidence,and enhance social adaptability.(5)Hierarchical and cooperative teaching method can meet the needs of the times,meet the learning needs of students,and is well recognized by the majority of students.
