Vocational Skills Training And Poverty Alleviation Policy

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have made the rural poor out of poverty as the bottom line task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.They have spurred the marching number of winning the fight against poverty.The whole society has responded positively and acted to eliminate the absolute Chinese nation as a whole.Poverty contributes strength.As a "hematopoietic" mental poverty alleviation,vocational skills training and poverty alleviation is conducive to improving the knowledge level and labor skills of the poor population,and improving the ability of the poor to increase their incomes.This is an important measure for poverty alleviation.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly identified precision poverty alleviation as one of the three major challenges that must be achieved in building a well-off society in an all-round way.The State Council's guiding opinion on the three-year action to win the fight against poverty pointed out that “we must fully promote employment poverty alleviation and implement employment poverty alleviation actions.Plan,promote employment willingness,employment skills and employment positions to accurately connect,improve the degree of labor organization and comprehensive coverage of employment poverty alleviation."This paper adopts the two-category Logistic analysis model to analyze the data of 676 poverty-stricken households in seven national poverty-stricken counties in Hunan Province,and empirically study the satisfaction of poor households in vocational skills training poverty alleviation policy and its influencing factors.Vocational Skills Training Poverty Alleviation Policy Poverty-stricken households are not highly satisfied,and are subject to the gender of the head of household,education level,number of family laborers,trust in village cadres,recognition of training time,usefulness of perception training,family main business,household per capita net income,Affect the significant influence of factors such as training methods.In this regard,we should accurately target the actual needs of poor households,adopt precise measures to push training content to poor households,accurately select training methods for poor households,and accurately encourage poor households to participate in initiatives,so as to continuously enhance the willingness of poor households to participate in vocational skills training.Give full play to the poverty alleviation function of vocational skills training.
