The pursuit of happiness is not only the internal driving force of social development,but also the ultimate goal of social development.In recent years,with the improvement of China's overall national strength and rapid economic development,the government's policy program and people's pursuit of goals have gradually shifted from focusing on economic development to focusing on people's happiness.Happiness has become an important concept of people's pursuit and government governance.Happiness China relies on happiness education.The key to happiness education is happiness teachers,and the happiness of elementary school teachers is the foundation.Paying attention to,researching,and improving the professional well-being of primary school teachers is fundamentally unified with our party's governing philosophy in the new era and is inherently consistent with the ultimate goal of education.It is a vivid reflection of the reform of basic education,and it is also the intention of education.This study uses the literature method,interview method,and questionnaire survey method to investigate the status of professional well-being of elementary school teachers in Hebei Province,analyzes the factors that affect professional well-being of teachers,and proposes to improve the professional well-being of primary school teachers under the guidance of positive psychology theory.The strategy is applied initially,with a view to providing a reference for the cultivation of happy teachers and happiness education.This article consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the content of questions,research purpose and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,and research innovations.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis,which mainly includes the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of teachers' professional well-being.The third part is the survey on the status of professional well-being of elementary school teachers.This study uses questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to understand the status of occupational happiness of elementary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City through the "Questionnaire of Occupational Happiness of Primary School Teachers".Analyzing the data,it is clear Describe accurately the current situation of elementary school teachers' professional well-being and sort out existing problems.The fourth part is the analysis of influencing factors of primary school teachers ' professional well-being.It mainly analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the primary school teachers' professional well-being.The fifth part is the research on strategies to improve elementary school teachers' professional well-being from the perspective of positive psychology,including: consolidating correct professional cognition,forming a positive health experience,and realizing happiness;cultivating a positive and healthy personality and pursuing happiness.
