The emergence of applied undergraduate education is the inevitable result of social and economic development,which is an important part of China's higher education system.The application-oriented undergraduate education aims to cultivate high-quality specialized talents for the actual needs of regional social and economic development.As a team of undergraduate education in the popularization stage of higher education,its education quality affects the overall level of China's higher education.The quality of classroom teaching directly affects the overall quality of students and the sustainable development of the school.Classroom teaching quality evaluation is an important means to promote students' growth,teachers' professional development and improve classroom teaching quality.How to implement the quality and quantity of undergraduate classroom teaching and promote the development of application-oriented undergraduate education has become an important research field in the classroom teaching of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.In this study,I collect literature to sort out the existing relevant theoretical results,take stakeholder theory,incentive theory and other theories as guidance,and combine with the relevant factors of the application-oriented undergraduate classroom teaching quality evaluation,and carry out in-depth investigation on the current situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation in H college,and analyze and sort out the implementation process of classroom teaching quality evaluation in H college Based on the experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of H college,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,goals,and significance of the research;a literature review of the quality evaluation of applied undergraduate classroom teaching;defines the core concepts;and explains the research ideas and methods.The second part summarizes the evaluation of classroom teaching quality of applied undergraduates;including the basic theory of the evaluation of classroom teaching quality of applied undergraduates,the characteristics of classroom teaching of applied undergraduates,the principles and components of the evaluation of classroom teaching quality of applied undergraduates.The third part makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation in H college.It includes the general situation of H College;text analysis of the evaluation system of classroom teaching quality of H College;investigation of the current situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation of H college by using questionnaire and interview methods.Through the investigation,it is found that the problems of classroom teaching quality evaluation of H college are: unreasonable setting of multiple evaluation subjects;backward evaluation tools and unreasonable time;inadequate evaluation publicity and training And the feedback mechanism is not perfect.Through the analysis,it is found that the main influencing factors of these problems are school factor,student factor and teacher factor.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies for the classroom teaching quality evaluation of H College: further building a diversified subject evaluation system;improving the evaluation tools,improving the evaluation efficiency;increasing the evaluation publicity activities,improving the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in the evaluation;building a scientific evaluation index system;improving the feedback mechanism and using the evaluation results scientifically.
