With the development of society,the state pays more and more attention to minority education.As the main force of Mongolian basic education,teachers in Mongolian primary school whose knowledge structure and ability level directly affect the education quality of Mongolian primary school and further affect the development of Mongolian education.secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian creatively developed the curriculum system of secondary normal school based on the characteristics of Mongolian region and the teaching practice of Mongolian primary school,The concept of curriculum setting in secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian is significant,it is good for improving the curriculum of primary education in colleges and universities,improving the quality of pre-vocational education of primary school teachers teaching in Mongolian,optimizing the quality of primary school teachers teaching in Mongolian and promoting the development of Mongolian basic education.On the basis of collecting and collating domestic and foreign literature,this dissertation defines the concept of "secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian","curriculum setting" and "the concept of curriculum setting".Based on "Theory of Teacher Education",Multicultural theory,and Tao Xingzhi's thought of "Life education",and uses the methods of literature,interview and historical research to systematically sort out the cause,background,influence and development stage of the curriculum in the secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian.and its curriculum development stage.The paper introduces the basic situation of the curriculum setting of secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian,from two aspects:the curriculum structure and the curriculum content,and from multiple dimensions,such as the curriculum type,the curriculum category,the curriculum time,the curriculum implementation and evaluation.And on thebasis of this,the author makes an in-depth analysis and a general summary of the national,practical,cooperative,ideological,technical and educational characteristics of the curriculum setting of secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian.The thesis discusses some realities the pre-vocational education of primary school teacher who teaches in Mongolian.such as the content of the curriculum is separated from the reality of the education and life of Mongolian primary school,the lack of professional ideological education,and the neglect of the ability to use traditional teaching tools.And,makes an empirical reflection on the concept of the curriculum in secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian,which is to develop hidden curriculum,reasonably organize curriculum and strengthen skill training by combining the teaching content with national reality and national culture.In addition to reflection,the author sums up some of the ideas of curriculum in secondary normal school teaching in Mongolian,which are worthy of reference for the pre-vocational education of primary school teachers teaches in Mongolian.such as: taking measures according to local conditions,closely related to the actual situation of Mongolian primary school;promoting the all-round development of students and cultivate teachers who are really needed in Mongolian primary school;determining the content of technical training according to the teaching needs of Mongolian primary school;organizing the assessment of teaching skills,according to the personality characteristics of Mongolian students.and making good use of the promotion of educational cognition,educational emotion and educational will on educational behavior to guide students to love the education of their own nationality from multiple aspects and serve the cause of Mongolian primary education wholeheartedlyn.
