Shanxi Provincial First Middle School was difficult to build on the basis of the old tribute courtyard,and was once famous in Shanxi Province,known as "model middle school".With the wave of democracy and science in the May 4th Movement,Provincial No.1 Middle School gradually became the base of revolutionary activities in Shanxi.In the turbulent and changing situation,the Provincial No.1 Middle School has been constantly reforming and exploring,forming its own unique style of running a school.Through a systematic review of the development and evolution of Provincial No.1 Middle School,this paper strives to show the basic context and core issues of the historical change of Provincial No.1 Middle School under the background of era changes,and summarizes its school-running characteristics and experience,with a view to benefiting the reform and development of schools in contemporary China.The full text adopts a total score structure.The first chapter of the text longitudinally sorts out the history of the Shanxi Provincial First Middle School from1906 to 1937.According to the internal rationale for the development of Provincial No.1 Middle School under the changing times,it is divided into three stages: the period of late fresh school,model middle school,and period of revolutionary activity base.Chapters 2 to 5 are discussed by topic,mainly including four parts.First of all,the value implication of the purpose of the Provincial First Middle School."Industrious and thrifty self-reliance,sincerity and perseverance" is not only the school motto of the provincial No.1 middle school,but also its purpose of running a school;it not only shows a clear pursuit of outstanding traditional values,but its value center has undergone a more profound change with the changes of the times.Secondly,it shows the rational construction of the curriculum and teaching of Provincial No.1 Middle School.Provincial First Middle School reflects the continuous exploration and development process of its curriculum teaching reform in terms of the establishment of curriculum objectives,the selection of curriculum content,the selection of curriculum materials,and the flexibility of teaching methods.Thirdly,it is the reform of school organization and management.The organization and management of the Provincial No.1 Middle School involves all aspects anddetails,and there is no lack of humanistic care,and it attaches great importance to the conscious development of students' code of conduct and responsibility.Finally,focusing on the main body of the educational activities-"people",from the group of teachers and students' collective activities to outline the characteristics of the characters of the Provincial No.1 Middle School,portray the representative individual teachers and students,and demonstrate the school's positive spirit.On the basis of looking at the full text,the conclusion focuses on refining some of the characteristics and experiences of Shanxi Provincial No.1 Middle School.Its unique school-building spirit not only promotes its own orderly development,but also produces a certain amount of radiation and influence.Provides some reference significance.
