In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,students who are about to enter the workplace face a major dilemma that the current traditional career planning courses and employment guidance in schools are no longer able to cope with the current complex economic market environment that continues to be on the downside.This study explores and analyzes the mediating relationship between career maturity and employment pressure among the career planning of master’s degree students in sports based on the basic status of career maturity,career planning and employment pressure,and proposes realistic suggestions accordingly.In this study,after compiling the concepts,influencing factors,measurement tools and related researches on career maturity,career planning and employment pressure,the study was conducted with the master’s degree students of sports in Beijing Capital Institute of Sports as the research subjects,using the questionnaire survey method and collecting questionnaires by online questionnaire star,of which 324 were collected,and 298 valid questionnaires were obtained after finishing,with an efficiency rate of 91% The effective rate was 91%.The study used the "Master’s Graduate Student Career Maturity Questionnaire","College Student Career Planning Ability Questionnaire" and "Master’s Student Employment Pressure Questionnaire" as the research tools,and the recovered data were statistically and analyzed using EXCEL and SPSS27.0 software.The research results show that:1.The career maturity of sports professional master students is at a medium level.There were no significant differences in gender,grade,place of birth,family economic status,whether they were only children and whether they had served as student leaders;2.The career planning of professional master’s degree students in physical education is at a medium to high level.There are significant differences in the place of origin and whether they are only children,and there are no significant differences in gender,grade,family economic status and whether they have served as student leaders;3.The employment pressure of sports professional master’s degree students is more serious than the previous employment pressure problem.There are differences in place of birth,whether they are only children and whether they have served as student cadres,and there are no significant differences in gender,grade level and family economic status;4.There is a significant correlation between the career maturity,career planning and employment pressure of master’s degree students in sports.That is,there is a significant positive correlation between career maturity and career planning,a positive correlation between career maturity and employment pressure,and a significant positive correlation between career planning and employment pressure;5.Career planning is a fully mediating variable of career maturity and employment stress.
