As an important means to improve students' physique,high school physical education shoulders the important task of healthy and healthy growth of teenagers in the future.It is also a part that cannot be ignored in the construction of the rule of law in China.Physical education curriculum should abide by the laws and regulations of the country and teach according to law.The cultivation of physical education teachers' legal behavior is an important part of teachers' self-improvement and an important prerequisite for teachers' self-protection.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current legal behavior of PE teachers in senior high schools and give relevant Suggestions according to the survey questions.This paper takes the rule of law behavior of PE teachers in ordinary high schools in handan city,hebei province as the research object,and USES the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to conduct research.The study found that the high school physical education teachers in handan city have some problems such as insufficient consciousness of safeguarding rights,few ways of safeguarding rights,to be improved in teaching according to law,and inadequate supervision in teaching according to law.From the perspective of teachers' reasons,the high school physical education teachers in handan city have insufficient cognition of the rule of law behavior,the standardization needs to be improved,the consciousness of safeguarding rights is weak,the approaches to safeguarding rights are few,the teaching ability of physical education specialty is insufficient,and some of the physical education teachers lack of legal consciousness.From the school reason,the school physical education utilitarian tendency is strong;The training content is single,the evaluation form is single,the system is not comprehensive,the reward and punishment system is missing,the reward and punishment standard is short;The school physical education teacher management system needs to be improved;There are some defects in the supervision system of physical education teachers.From the perspective of society,the ideological deviation in the transition period of market economy;The low status of teachers and the overall construction of a society under the rule of law need to be improved,inaddition,the construction of laws and regulations related to the protection of the rights and interests of physical education teachers lags behind.Therefore,to improve the rule of law behavior of high school physical education teachers in handan city,from the perspective of teachers,physical education teachers should strengthen the construction of their own morality;With the help of the new curriculum reform,to timely update their teaching philosophy;The focus of teaching should be on improving students' interest in physical education,so as to cultivate students' good habits of lifelong physical exercise.From the perspective of schools,we should truly implement the employment system of physical education teachers,systematically improve and guarantee the overall quality of the teaching staff,further strengthen the training of physical education teachers' legal awareness and legal behavior,improve the evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism of physical education teachers,and ensure the rights and interests of physical education teachers.From the social perspective,we should improve relevant laws and regulations,gradually form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,and improve the economic and social status of physical education teachers.Finally,through joint efforts,we will jointly promote the development of physical education under the rule of law.
